SoulCycle PALO - Palo Alto reviews
9Love SoulCycle! I come here all the time, and I love spending time here. Easy parking available outside.
Tiny location and only two bathrooms. Always over packed and waiting to get to use changing rooms and showers.
Had my first SoulCycle class today with Chris. Chris was AMAZING. Chris knows how to motivate and push you to your limit. I’ll definitely book with him again. The place is clean. I didn’t find all of the staff to be nice, especially as a newbie with basic newbie questions.
Cassey is very energetic and motivating. I took the Drake vs. Rihanna class, you can guess how lit the session was. But, one big con is that the space is extremely small (compared to the Castro one in SF), the lockers are literally in the hallway of the class entrance. But overall, its lit cuz it's in palyyyy
The studio was clean and the staff was all very nice. Steph was my instructor tonight and she was great (helpful & motivating with a kickass playlist), but I have to knock down the stars because it is just way too expensive. It's a good workout if you make the most of it, but I'm more of a flywheel fan when it comes to spin. A little too much choreography for me and hardly worth $32 per class.
If you can, try taking a class with Steph or Ginny! Steph has a kickass playlist and Ginny is an amazing motivator. Both instructors are incredibly motivating, have tons of energy and truly want the best for you. The lockers/changing rooms are a little cramped but thats just me being picky. I honestly can't find a bad word to say about a community that pushes you to be your best self and want the best for you. If the music is too loud for you, grab some earplugs and unplug for 45 minutes! I promise you'll leave happier than when you went in.
It's good, just wanted to note the few occasions where the teacher did not show up for class and then was late a few times too.
Easy to get to location, good size studio, + super friendly/helpful staff! This is my favorite SC location to go to.
The first class is $20 if you call in to reserve a bike and $30 after. This location is in Stanford shopping center next to Pinkberry and Urban Outfitters. I would recommend bringing a bottle of water because they charge $1 to $2 for bottled water and you'll need it. They don't turn on the fans so the room gets really hot and you'll sweat a lot. I loved the music and felt really good after the class. SoulCycle is definitely a once in a while thing for me because of the price.
