Just flew in from Phoenix Arizona to purchase my new sectional cloud couch. Oh my god this was worth a fly and these cloud couches are the real thing so soft and comfortable. I’m an ultra picky person and shopped all over Scottsdale Arizona to find a sectional that was comfortable and hypoallergenic to, and this place in California had exactly what I was looking for Like half the price SOULFA 100% is the way to go trust me! 38" Cube

Vitória was amazing. This is the best furniture buying experience I’ve had. She was friendly, communicative, super knowledgeable, etc! The showroom selection was gorgeous, super high quality, versatile, and very well priced. We got the Soulfa cloud of our dreams and had the best experience. Go see Vitória ASAP!

I found this couch in a showroom and was told to layout on it and that it had a memory foam top. I obliged the sales person. Apparently five minutes later she woke me up and asked me if I liked it. I ordered the 38” six piece natural linen with the memory foam plus two extra squares for my new living room/theatre room! It’s not just comfortable but the build quality is amazing. The whole family including my border collie mix fits on it and because of this couch family movie night is no longer a chore to orchestrate. I could not be happier with this couch and the improved family time quality. I’m serious. Also, I hate to admit this publicly but I sleep on it kind of a lot.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I thought my designer furniture deserved one since I know only people who live in Southern California can go to the showroom. The Soulfa is one of if not the most comfortable couch I tested when shopping. I got the 38’ cubes but the 45’ are even more comfortable. The second most important thing for me was the look and that’s also a 10/10. I’m still moving into my new apartment but I plan on making the couch pretty much the centerpiece of the whole apartment because I love the look. The soulfa was probably the only couch that I tried that was both super comfortable and looked great.

Lastly the customer service is amazing. I didn’t even know when my new apartment would be ready when I bought the soulfa. Then a few days later I was told the apartment was ready so I called up my designer furniture to see when they could deliver it expecting to have it come way later. They delivered it the next morning! They went out of their way to make my move in work.

Purchased a 7 piece cube 3 years ago and I couldn’t love it more! It holds up SO well despite pets and lots of guests and I was crazy and got all white! But the quality is remarkable, so easy to clean and it looks brand new. Amazing investment and great service. Furniture shopping can be a pain but this was easy and graceful and love the incredible piece of furniture that’ll last a lifetime. Lots of compliments all the time and hardest part is leaving the couch lol Thank you Soulfa! Pups and I love our couch so much

I’m not typically the type of person to write a review online, but my experience with this company so exceeded my expectations that I felt compelled to post.

Even though I didn’t visit a showroom, their website answers 99% of FAQs, and the accompanying videos make it a breeze to understand the sizing, fabric options and quality of the sofa. For any further detailed questions, the response via text is almost immediate during business hours.

The couch was paid for by wire, and payment receipt provided. The attention to delivery and care after receiving the money continued to be first rate - they didn’t ignore me just because money was already in hand.

I had some questions about tracking my order, as it was being sent to a freight forwarder for delivery to my home in the Bahamas. They immediately put me in touch with the shipping company so that I would have peace of mind.

The sofa itself was super easy to put together. I opted for memory foam inserts under the couch cushions which I highly recommend. The fabric is champagne velvet which has a lovely feel to it, and sinking into the couch is heavenly.

I will definitely purchase from them again, and am already planning the size of my even bigger couch! Highly recommend this company and their product!

I have had my soufla sofa for over a year. I have a dog who is really rough with the sofa. The sofa still looks immaculate and brand new. This is even better quality than restoration hardware. I even had my friend's puppy pee on the sofa and was able to dry-clean the cushions and they look brand new. I never want to buy furniture from another business. I have loved my experience with My Designer Furniture so much that I am ordering a bunch of outdoor furniture from them right now.

My boyfriend and I were searching for a 'cloud dupe' for the longest time. I'm so glad we found Soulfa, they surpassed all our expectations. Vitoria and her team were so incredibly thorough, kind and respectful. They took their time with us, walking us through the entire buying process and ensured us that we could trust them. By the time the couch arrived we were blown away. The structure of the couch is soft and comfortable, the back and the edges of the couch match the cushions but are built well and firm enough to last! The cushions are so soft and fluffy, the foam inserts really make a world of a difference in the look of the couch and how quickly the seats puff up again after sitting. The material REALLY is stain proof.we've had our fair amount of spills already and sure enough each one comes up with a little bit of cold water + dish soap. Soulfa really just covered all their bases and I can see why people prefer this couch over an RH cloud. We certainly do: ') I cannot recommend Soulfa and their team enough, if you're looking for a sign to buy from them, this is it. The last note I have to mention if you've yet to see it on their site is the amount of care they have put into the production of their product. The couch is completely non-toxic, free from Scotchguard and other very common but very harmful offgassing used in most furniture. Buying from Soulfa left us feeling so relieved that we are bringing something into our home that is good for us and our long-term health. Thank you Vitoria and team!

Ok…I totally thought this place was too good to be true! It’s REAL! I have the restoration hardware cloud and I prefer the Soulfa now. The team is so lovely! Best find! I’ll be buying more!

I'm so glad my husband found out about SOULFA while researching the cloud couch. The reviews and YouTube videos online were right on the money! If you are interested in the cloud couch, save time and money and check out SOULFA online before you make your decision!

The showroom is available by appointment only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Luckily, we were able to visit the same day we called. Vitoria (I checked and there's no "c" in her name) set us up and sent the confirmation and directions to my phone right away. Children under 12 are not allowed BUT you can kindly request and see if you can have your kids accompany you.

The showroom is not comparable to other big name furniture stores. This isn't a place you casually walk into on your way to pick up groceries. If you're coming here, you have a specific piece in mind and for us it was the customizable SOULFA.

It is imperative that you have the dimensions of your space so that you can make the best choice of layout and cube size. The configuration is endless and they can help you on site to see your vision in person. Initially we thought of only getting 5 pieces but ended up choosing 6. Vitoria and her staff are not pushy at all! If anything, their insight and advice helped us choose the best configuration for our lifestyle. There are 8 different performance fabric colors to choose from. We thought we would be walking away from the signature white but the other colors are so beautiful in person, you'll have to see them all for yourself.

We have been couch/sofa shopping since the summer and waited this long to make sure we bought the right couch for us, and we're so glad we finally found it! The best part is that it is getting delivered to our home in 4 days! That is unbelievable as we are still waiting for some living room pieces and we'd be lucky if they arrive by Christmas!

The only downside is that they currently don't accept credit cards, but this was not a deal breaker for us. Visit their website and call them now! The most comfortable couch is waiting for you!

I’m not typically one to write online reviews, but I feel like this company warrants it, and deserves a resoundingly positive one at that.

The Soulfa is certainly a quality piece of furniture. To get right to the obligatory RH Cloud comparison, having spent meaningful time with the RH Cloud at RH showrooms/outlets and in the wild, I would contend that the Soulfa seems at least on par with, and is in certain respects better, than its RH counterpart. As far as I can tell, all the distinctive design features that are present on the Cloud are all accounted for here. Build quality seems solid and well executed—again, no compromise versus the Cloud or most anything else in this category. Dimensions are all premium (I opted for the 45” cube) and arrive as advertised.

As mentioned, I think the Soulfa might well be better than the Cloud in certain respects. For one, I really like the fabric used for the covers. I can’t claim to have touched every RH fabric sample in existence, but the Fog Grey covers on my Soulfa are noticeably thicker and heavier than the covers on any Cloud I’ve seen and exude quality and durability, and don’t promptly wrinkle into the disheveled disaster that Cloud couches do. More subtle details, such as the general fit of the covers, the quality of the stitching, etc, all communicate a premium impression as well. Apparently, the covers are also completely removable and spill repellent, which is a welcome bonus, but I haven’t gotten this far yet in my ownership experience.

From a comfort standpoint, the Soulfa is likewise impressive, both in comparison to the Cloud, and inherently. I opted for the optional memory foam pads in the seat cushions (fully removable), which produce a distinct and, in my view, better seating experience compared to the Cloud. The Cloud, perhaps true to its name, produces a deep sinking feeling akin to sitting on a pile of pillows, which to me feels a bit sloppy and unsupported. With the memory foam, the Soulfa is firmer and much more supportive (i.e. Think sitting on a surface vs.sinking into it), but certainly no less comfortable and probably preferable for extended real world use—hours into one long video game session I had the pleasant realization that I didn’t have to adjust my position once. The inserts also serve to reinforce the shape of the seat cushions (far less fluffing) and probably contribute to their longevity. With the inserts removed, the Soulfa feels quite comparable to the Cloud, perhaps just a touch firmer, but this will probably get softer as the foam of the underlying structure breaks in over time.

A point on My Designer Furniture as well- this is a boutique small business focusing on a single product. They do not have a national chain of showrooms, their purchasing process is a bit off the run, and their brand is not well known. While the Soulfa is certainly a better value than its RH counterpart, it is still a significant investment, which may seem like a quite a risk, especially for those who, like me, cannot visit the company’s sole showroom and are purchasing the item sight unseen. In this particular instance, the taking the leap was justified. From my first point of contact (over text), the customer experience with MDF deserves approbation. Rachel, my rep, was enthusiastic, informative, responsive, accommodating, and extremely attentive to my needs and particular circumstances. Delivery was prompt (as advertised, couch arrived just a couple of weeks after payment) and the delivery crew did a great job. The product, per above, has exceeded my expectations.

Victoria the owner greater me personally and went over every piece of furniture available, gave me a great deal on a set of 6 pieces and was even able to deliver them to Las Vegas within 4 days which to me was fantastic. Just placed an order on our Soulfa! We have been doing a lot of research on finding the best sofa. We stumbled upon Soulfa after seeing a few reviews and videos on Youtube recommending it. We were lucky enough to be able to try it out before we bought it. Couch is super comfortable, and cost much less than retailers of similar product. Also, I really like that they have different size options and different colors/fabric options. Perfect for fitting/matching any room. Lastly, they have items in stock, while other retailers we talked to estimated 3 to 6 months delivery.

They are very nice. They have a good selection and prices are great. Make an appointment; the showroom is very cool be prepared to want more than you came for. They also have art, rugs, blankets, and outdoor furniture. The staff was sweet. They deliver which is great that they take care of it for you. Make an appointment!

We drove from Las Vegas to Gardena, CA and had the greatest experience with their furniture. We were personally greeted by the owner Victoria and she throughly went over all of their product. Their sofas are great quality, super comfy and cozy plus she was able to get them delivered to us the same week. Loved the experience here.

I just purchased my cloud couch and I have to say I am very pleased with the service from Vitoria and her assistant. They are professional and to the point and are serious business people. If you are looking for a high quality couch on par with other luxury retailers look no further. Do know though that if you are looking for a cheap couch this isn’t the place for you, their couches are high quality and are priced at a competitive discount compared to other retailers. You are essentially purchasing a high quality couch at a wholesale price which isn’t easy to come by!

Vitoria has stock on hand and is able to ship within a weeks notice which blows major retailers out of the water because they say you wont have your couch for 5-6 months!

Just moved into our first home and needed the perfect couch. I have always wanted a cloud couch but the price tag is quite scary. I saw a friend of mine have this Soulfa and she too always wanted a cloud but when she found Soulfa she was so happy she didn't spend more money on the cloud. She raved about how comfortable it was and trusting her, that was all I needed to hear. The process is a bit unconventional and can seem a little weird but the product speaks for itself. It is legit. So happy with my purchase. I was prepared to have to wait months for any furniture, the Soulfa arrived in under a week! 10/10 recommend.

We came into the warehouse and were instantly greeted by Vitoria and gabriella. They were so helpful and honest about their soulfas. They were not pushy at all. We left super happy and excited with our soulfa and the options! Delivery is fast and payment is super easy.
