Worst product worst service
There is no customer number, and not in active.every number not working. I'm purchased DENON AVR x550 bt in Amazon lost 20 days back but yesterday it's not working power on off and light blinking continuously.there is no support for customer

For an Audio company with high Quality Products I was very disappointed with their service. I have bought many products from Denon over the years. My recently experience has forced me to order a Sonos product. I am very disappointed with the end of a very long and happy relationship, (until recently) with Denon over the years.

So far, my experience with Sound United has been awesome. I have a deftech 9080 center 9040 rears and just replaced my towers with bp9040's. One of my towers, I noticed the bass being overwhelmingly louder than the other. Called Bestbuy and got the run around to 5 people, with no answer. Talked with Lowie at customer service for deftech, and he got a new amp approved to ship to my house faster than my phone call to Bestbuy. For me, they stood by their product. Love my large system and my wireless bar setup in the other room. Thanks for training your service reps so well.

Bought a Denon Heos 3 speaker. Sounded great, but only lasted 2 years and 2 months before the internal volume/pause board behind the buttons came loose. Not a big problem, just use the app. But then one of the woofers blew as a result of the Heos system going haywire. Customer service would not help me even though 2 months after warranty and faulty product.

Do not order from them. I placed an order only to have all kinds of issues where FedEx couldn’t hold the item at the hub for me and they continued to try to deliver during weed days mid day. I attempted to get Denon to deliver on a Saturday or allow a hold, which they wouldn’t and lied to me about the inability to do so.

So I called to cancel the order. It took several calls to their customer service center in the Philippines and still have not resolved the issue or received credit for the return. Each time, the customer service agent tells me the same story, but nothing is resolved.

I've been to both their old Vista location and now two times to this new location. The new space is really nice. Lots of listening and screening rooms, sweet catering, easy parking and I can get my Taylor Made P790s adjusted next door while I wait.

Sorry to say, but what a LOUSY company this is. I created a support ticket about an issue with my Signa S2 soundbar from Polk Audio (division of Sound United) on the 3rd of October.

I also added a screenshot of the serial number along with the original invoice. In the first few days, they responded very quickly, so that was very positive. They recommended that I reset the soundbar to factory settings. Which I did (I followed the tutorial several times). But nothing helped.

However I did notice one strange thing, after applying the recommended settings, I now had two white lights on my Signa S2 soundbar. And along with that, the soundbar does not respond to anything anymore. Also it will not power down anymore at all. The only way to power it down is by pulling the power cord. What a junk product along with junk support.

I call this junk support as apparently Polk Audio (Sound United) is now completely ignoring me since they asked me for my address and phone number, to which I responded straight away. This was on the 7th of October. After that I have not heard anything back at all!

After the 7th of October I have send multiple online messages and emails (all were added to the ticket), but still no response whatsoever.

I contacted them on the following dates:

- 10th of October (1 time)
- 12th of October (2 times)
- 17th of October (1 time)
- 19th of October (6 times)

I also created a new support ticket on the 19th of October and asked them why my other ticket was ignored (including ticket reference). Also no answer.

Today (the 20th of October) I created again a completely new support ticket (including the reference of my previous original ticket). I doubt I will get any support at all. Apparently Polk Audio (Sound United) does not care about their customers at all!

I even warned them that I would share this very negative experience with their support and products from Polk Audio in general. Probably Polk Audio will not care about that either.

This is my 2nd Polk Audio product (first were a set car speakers several years ago), but this soundbar will defintely be the last product from Polk Audio I will ever purchase.

I have a non working soundbar (Signa S2) since the 3rd of October. And there support does not even respond anymore. At first I was really disappointend, but now I am quite furious. This is not how you treat customers!
