We got a French dip sandwich & the kids mac n cheese. My 9 year old loves the Mac n cheese, however, the French dip was built for Polly pocket, and the meat was semi-equivalent to a rubber band. I’d have given 3 stars had I not been forced to give a tip. I tried to bypass, and the man hit the back button, so I was forced into tipping solely for someone to take my order at a register (I’m fine tipping to be waited on, but tipping for someone to tap a screen is a little ridiculous). Oh, for a 6 inch French dip, kids meal ($6.99) and two drinks I paid $40. Way overpriced, but typical California.

Ordered sandwiches online through their website. The website has issues taking my card (kept saying it was invalid) and would erase my order if I tried to navigate back. This would cause me to have to re-do everything.
Once the order went through I received an email saying that my food would be ready for pickup at a specific time and I would receive a notification. I arrived at Sourdough & Co.a few minutes after my order was supposed to be done and although they were still in the process of making it I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be finished.
After getting home and eating the food I would say the sandwiches are good but not worth the price of $12.99 (nor the wait in my case!) I also tried the mac and cheese, it was thick and creamy but did not have much flavor.

Great food good service. Not fast food, plan to wait 10 - 15 min depending on how busy they are.

Order the pastrami turkey sandwich and all I can say is delicious! Definitely will go back and try another sandwich. Yummy!

My wife ordered the #8 pastrami and turkey sandwich for me since we were bringing our food to the Oakland A’s game. She asked for the sandwich to not include mayo, but please add mustard. When I opened the sandwich at the game there was only meat and mustard between the bread. No tomato, lettuce, onion or cheese. Really! Needless to say I chose not to eat it, so I am out of the money for the sandwich plus the money I spent on food at the ballpark. Not to mention I missed Matt Olson’s home run standing in line. Thanks Sourdough. I’m sorry my sandwich request was so complicated. I will accept no response from your store to mean you are fine with my experience. I have the receipt waiting.

I visited this place for the first time, today. To start with, I like to give praise when I can to the employees. Please make sure that you praise the help. Very kind and great customer service. Now, onto the menus. The sandwich was fresh and no corners were cut. I received exactly what I ordered. The clam chowder was excellent. Now, on to the store. Very clean, and orderly. You noticed that I gave you 4 stars. Well, the reason being, it is very dark in the store. When I’m dining, I can view things much better if there is lighting. I mean this store is so dark, that I actually used my light on my phone. The lighting is terrible. If I do not return, this is the reason.

The bread and the Clam Chowder is good. The cookies are good. Ordered the Ham and Turkey and it was ok but not for the price. The sandwich had one piece of ham, one piece of turkey and one piece of cheese. The slice of cheese was almost thicker than the two pieces of meat combined.

This place has really good quality food. But the last three times I visited they can't seem to make the order properly. Two visits ago I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and a Cobb salad, got home all the way downtown Antioch, and there was no avocado on either. I went yesterday reorder the same thing, got back to work and there was two items missing off the salad. Ugh ‍️

1st time coming here and absolutely loved it. Had me a brisket sandwich and bowl of chilli, which is my favorite and could not believe
the chilli came in a bread bowl. Everything was delicious. Service was awesome and fast. Everyone must stop by if you a sandwich and soup lover like me. Good job guys.

Omg. The bread is so good. The salad had a little water in the container. Enough to dilute the blue cheese dressing.

First time there and really liked it! Bread was fresh and liked the size choices and selections. Will come back

No one can touch this place has sandwiches normally I like Togo's but this place makes Togo's look like a joke

First time coming here and had a bad experience. First the people in front of us who were dining in did not have to show vaccination status to eat inside but my wife and I were asked. Then I ordered the brisket sandwich with clay chowder and when I got to the car it was stone cold. The attitude of the cashier lady was not rude but very impatient with us while ordering. The wife and I believe in second chances tho so we will try this place again just not this location.

Crappie service my wife order a meal but two people after her received their meals first. No apology given, me not going back there.

Sooooooooooooo good I will sneak there any chance I get. I go Sunday to get a 8inch roast beef sandwich there is no better sandwich around

They don't do phone orders. I called and they said online or Doordash only. I don't use doordash, so I had to look up thier website and place an order. Make sure you pick the correct location. Ordered a smoked brisket sandwich and vegetable soup. So good. Sourdough soft and warm. Fresh. Tasty. Will order again.

Always good.sandwiches made fresh with quality meats n cheeses. The bread is great, we always grab a loaf to go. Their clam chowder is excellent.

This is one of the best restaurants around the area. However, the prices are SO high for what you get. The sandwiches, as delicious as the bread is, I would like some meat on it. I was so disappointed, paying almost $16 for bread with a smidgen of meat and cheese. Come on, guys!
