Walked in, no line 5 people working, not one person acknowledged me, I had to greet them in order for someone to finally take my order. Wait time over 10 minutes, not sure why it took so long, overall disappointed especially when there's 3-4 sandwich places nearby I could have went to. I will stick to Panera and Deli delicious!

I called in my order to pick it up. When I got there I was waiting my turn and the person behind me was helped before I was. Not only that I would be concerned for anyone that eats there. Because while I was there the staff was wearing gloves however the cashier handled the cash drawer and never changed gloves then touched peoples food. Then they never went over my order with me and I was charged for a meal deal with my sandwich and they didn't give me my drink or my chips. Very disappointed.

Lunch at the Sourdough & Co. I had the smoked brisket sub on wheat bread. The brisket melt in your mouth and the flavor were amazing. The bread was perfectly baked the thin outer layer was crispy enough to bite but not hard and the inside was tender and soft. Also added a bowl of clam chowder which was delicious. The whole service and meal was amazing. THANK YOU SOURDOUGH & Co for your phenomenal meals and amazing staff at Mentica California. A must try if you are in the area and I will definitely be back!

The sandwiches are very good, the flavor combinations work, the bread is light and fluffy. My only qualm is that they skimp on meat portions, with the employees having to weigh out the meat before adding them to the sandwiches.

The restaurant itself is well decorated, clean, and has a nice restroom.

I called and ordered 2 sandwiches and asked to pay over phone they said no just come in and pay. When I went in I saw the sign pick up phone orders. They had my food and the lady at the counter. Had glasses on mid 40s looked at me and said get in line to pay. I showed her the phone pickup sign and she didn’t care. If you don’t want to work just stay home. Treat people with respect. 2 sandwiches $40 bucks. No problem. Just treat me with respect. I called to save to save time.

Only person there. Stood at register for several minutes while couple working there talked and whispered and never acknowledged me. Never going back!

Just left the Sourdough Co. In Manteca we had the best service. The Manager and employees were Awesome. We will definitely return. Ps. We also had the best Clam chowder and soured bread

Sourdough & Co for the win! Never disappointed in their quality or customer service! I went in today during the lunch hour and it was completely packed. I was impressed by the Manager Kayleigh and her crew, you guys rock and deserve all recognition in the world. Thank you for always being friendly and courteous. I seriously will not buy a sandwich anywhere else!

My first time visiting sourdough company the sandwiches were really tasty the bread was so soft I would definitely recommend this place

I recently went in for the first time to grab a sandwich for my mother and I. The service was slow. I only saw two people working. But the young lady with the red hair was awesome. She was kind helpful and did her best to speed up the process. She made the sandwiches exactly how we wanted them and the were delicious.thank you young lady.

What a great turkey sandwich! The bread was soft and not tough to bite through. Clam chowder was creamy and delicious! Best part was the huge chocolate chip cookie! I will definitely be back!

Wow. Unfortunately I caught this location on the wrong day/time. I was totally ignored.

There was gentlemen outside stacking the chairs up (it was 6pm and I believe they close at 7) no acknowledgement. I chalked it up to him maybe being new? I walked inside and found the line and went ahead and made it to the front. 0 acknowledgment so I moved to the counter where I stood there for about a minute or 2.someone came by from the back and continued to work on the sandwich and no welcome or "I'll be right with you". Gentlemen outside came back in and said hi as I was on my way out.very weird experience.

The location has a cozy look to it. The ordering seems to be like deli delicious (Pick your bread, style and topping) but I unfortunately wasn't able to try any of it. Can't rate the food since I didn't get to try it.

The service was high school level. I will give this location another shot if I'm in the area.

Note to everyone working in fast food- always acknowledge a customer whether someone has said anything or not. If your job is to clean something up and someone needs help in another department step in and cover for your co workers until they make it back to their spot.

My husband stopped to get us sandwiches on his way home from Manteca to Escalon. Which is about a 25 minute drive. I ordered a peppered Turkey sandwich. When he got home my sandwich was roast beef, which I will not eat. We called the store to ask them for a refund and the store manager told us they can't refund us and we needed to bring the sandwich back to get a new one.for their mistake. We said no we were not driving back, I also have three small children, and again.why would I drive back for their mess up? We checked our receipt and Turkey was clearly ordered (you know sometimes you click the wrong thing) we had made a mobile order so he could just run in. The manager then told us to email the company since she couldn't do anything. I have emailed the company about 4 times now. This happened over 4 months ago, and still haven't heard. Customer service sucks, sometimes the sandwiches are not made great. But the price is high.

My daughter and I were just in there. I highly recommend them. Best sandwich I've had by far. Will eat here for Valentine's Day for sure.
