Jerry was amazing to work with. We had a fairly large flooring project and he made the entire process smooth and hassle free. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to have their floors redone in the south bay area.

We just had our carpet installed in our condo and I have to say, this is the best carpet and installation company I have ever ran across. Professional, reliable, informative, and the highest point of such positive customer service we have seen in a long, long time. Their prices are more than competitive. Josh was our point of contact and was extremely warm and welcoming, provided us with all we needed to make our decision on a particular carpet. He was always fast to respond to any inquiries and went above and beyond. You can tell this is a family owned company as it truly shows. The two installers, Perfecto and Lalo showed up on time, even early, 2 days in a row, which is something that never happens in Los Angeles! We have at least 10 steps that needed to be individually wrapped with carpet and reinstalled, and they did a perfect job for something that's not so easy and we know, time consuming. This is an honest review/recommendation, a true verified customer, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this company!
