How y’all got all this time to send out toll violations even tho I got an account with fastrak but can’t answer the ducking phone?
This company evil. Gangster mafia rats. Make it impossible to realize youre entering one of their roads, take a picture of your plates, then send you a letter in the mail you owe us $200 or else. And then have zero customer service reps to contest to. Evil corrupt business. Special place in He11
Family members have continuously been fined for toll evasion despite being members since the very beginning (in the process of being contested), it’s especially ridiculous considering how buggy the machines are (when they are working) or very often under maintenance

Absolutely horrible company. Been trying to call to fix an issue with my account and no answer ever! I said to owe $300 not sure how but was going to pay it off next thing you know I get and email saying it's $1,000+ keep in mind I'm an account holder I don't understand and it is ridiculous we can't get a hold of anyone.
The worst they don’t pick up the phone and and I didn’t know how to pay the fine and now I have to pay twice as more because they didn’t help me out and because they don’t pick up the phone
I have been dealing with many of the issues brought up by other commentators ; indeed, I continuously experience being accused of toll evasion and fined accordingly despite being an account holder and having been reassured by customer service that, after a year of back and forth with SANDAG, that my account would finally be purged of these errors once and for all. Yet, after all these talks, I was again sent not one but 4 letters accusing me of toll evasion yet again. Apparently SANDAG fails to do the slightest due diligence, such as cross referencing a vehicle's license to any current account holder to see if the vehicle was mistaken by the computer. If so, the account can be charged accordingly and the system updated to prevent subsequent errors of this sort. Alas, this was never done. Instead of billing me the toll amount with my cc on file, SANDAG instead waiting for the 5 day grace period to pass to impose the additional penalty-a situation mind you that I would not be aware of since, as an account holder in good standing, I would assume such toll charges would be automatic. Moreover, given that the 5 day grace period is meaningless to me since, I would not even be aware of my account not being charged until after the fact since there would be no reason for me to suspect that my transponder would not work after given reassurances that my account is working properly.
So now I have to face these people face to face to ensure that this matter is finally resolved because it is the last possibility to correct this pathetic situation that I have not done. I will get this in writing so that I can post for all to see just ridiculous this whole situation has become and the systemic incompetence plaguing this organization to no end.
I cannot believe it has come to this but this organization needs to be seriously purged and restructured since it's current incarnation is an absolute failure.
