Great experience working with Sheek and the South Bay team. They were straightforward, and we were in-and-out quickly. Right now, it's really tough to buy a car, but they made it feel easy. It's a smaller dealership, but we loved the feel. I was 8 months pregnant at the time we bought the car, and they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Great experience all around. Friendly atmosphere and the sales staff was willing to work with me. Joshua Monteiro stayed with me throughout the entire process. Toya even bought my friend and me lunch.

These guys are very knowledgeable professional and courteous. They went out of their way to get me a fantastic deal. Highly recommend them!

Worst dealer. Clueless people. First they have a long list of inventory on website that is not available in real. Second, they called me 5 times for cars they dont have. Third they sent me out of door prices of cars doesnt exist in their building. And on top of that they gave me a test drive on 2020 vehicle by assuming its 2019. And after finalizing the deal answer was sorry we dont have that car available. And offering me to buy used cars. Interestingly 3 people were involved and nobody knew the blunder they were doing.
Wasted my 70 dollars on uber and 4 hours just to get a sorry.
And then they realized prices they sent was of a old car by mistake.
Save your time and stay away from such unprofessional and clueless people.

Sheek is always super helpful and nice. This is my second time leasing with him. After comparison shopping throughout SoCal, I had to come back to South Bay Hyundai for the excellent service.

Went by to collect my car wash tickets, I had bought in an extended package that came with free car wash's for 5 years quick and painless experience was on my way in second's.

Great place to purchase a Hyundai! I worked with Esvin Orozco who was fantastic along with Christian Proctor. Esvin went out of his way to work with me on price and until I made up my mind on the color Santa Fe I wanted. You can’t go wrong getting a car from South Bay Hyundai.
Whatever you do don’t waste your time at the Nissani Brothers it’s a terrible dealership.

If you want a low/no pressure, laid back car buying experience South Bay Hyundai is the place for you. I did my research on line first & visited a few other dealerships and left mostly because of the heavy pressure to buy NOW! I got a GREAT deal and Cost-co Auto program also helped alot!
Esvin, my sales rep was very professional, and gave me the facts and discounts that I qualified for. We test drove 2 cars, then we did very little negotiating.
He came back with an awesome deal and it was off to the finance guy Jin.
Jin was also very knowledgeable and very cool guy. Signed numerous papers, and off I drove home in my new car! Ionic here I come. Thanks for making my car buying experience very painless.

I went there to test drive a car and have my paper processed to receive a $50 visa giftcard for test driving a car. They said you'll get an email from us to start the process for the giftcard. I never received anything from them and its been over a month. Never accept another test drive giftcard offer from them again. I also called several times and never heard back from anyone.

The service was excellent. Jermaine and Frank were very helpful. The shortest car buying process I've experienced.

I went in to buy a key and greeted as soon as walked in door. Told them what I wanted. Told me it would be overnighted and I could pick it up tomorrow for $25 less than the price I was quoted at another dealer.

Excellent service. Employees have great attitudes and bend over backwards to make you happy. SBH takes care of your car, keeping it in the best condition as possible. Always wise to make an appointment. They can get very busy! Been going there last six and half years and won't go anywhere else.
