We are visiting from out of town and decided to visit South Bay Pentecostal Church. The church is beautiful, the atmosphere is friendly, the music is amazing. Most importantly, we felt the presence of God. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Tremendous Pentecostal church in the San Diego Bay area - great worship, powerful preaching, very friendly folks - God is doing great things at South Bay!

Much too loud. Maybe the people who have been attending this service don't mind the loudness of the music and amplified preaching. I worry about hearing damage caused by the volume on the children too young to say anything. I had asked for it to be turned down a bit because the volume was loud enough to hurt my ears and it caused me to leave for the second time and will not be going back to this establishment. People complain all of the time about me being loud but these people don't complain when the pastor is screaming at you and using an amplified voice and I'm just excited talking and raise my voice a bit and I get accused of shouting. Hypocrites is my understanding. For the sake of the children, turn the volume down, please!

Southbay is a spiritfilled church you will feel God's spirit right away and want to worship with the church family you will want to come back often

Such a great church! Family oriented church with wonderful Worship. If you’re visiting San diego area or live there you have to go! I miss it soo much!

Great church. Great people. Truly the one church where I've felt loved the minute I walked in.

This is the awesomest church in the world. Far from a dead church. You will feel God every time you go, without a doubt.

The pastor of the church has been pastoring there for over forty years.

The people are friendly and treat you well. They will try to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

The singing and worship services are great. The worship is genuine and there is a sweet presence of the Lord that can be felt.

The congregation really knows how to worship and you can feel the presence of the Lord in a mighty way.

The pastor is friendly and makes you feel welcome. He is very likable and you can feel a genuine anointing as he is preaching. He loves and cares about people and you can see that and feel that from him.

I highly recommend this church and I will definitely visit again when I am in that area.

We hope that you being a great local business will support us in our stand against abuse toward children, families, and against pastors who have terrorized a community, and organization, and who give the UPC a name of child abusers. All 3 of these pastors and 1 member have been abusing children and terrorizing families for decades. I think they have extorted money from ex-members using the threat of hurting there children to get ex-members to continue to pay there church years after they have quit there church. I refused to ever pay them any money and I hope any family that has gone through this will reach out to UPC General Superintendent and share there experience so they can be removed.
We hope all businesses don't support pastors & members who abuse children, who terrorizing families over there employment; The Revival Center Modesto, Ca, The Apostolic Life Center Albany, OR The Light-House UPC Newport, Oregon. I testified against this United Pentecostal pastors and 3 others in this church regarding abusive practices towards my child, threats of hurting my child trying to get me to quit my career. If they ever threatened to hurt your child, or wife, or family member, or threatened you to make you quit your employment PLEASE call your UPC General Superintendent and share your experience. There things being done to have them removed as pastors and the 1 banned. NEVER is it okay for a pastor to abuse a child or extort money, or to ever threaten a family, and it doesn't matter how much or little your family makes.
