The Doctors here are very nice but just like all the other reviews the ones at front office are rude. You don’t even feel comfortable checking in or waiting. Then to call to make an appointment is another issue. I have to call multiple times for them to answer.

If you have a appointment they will take care of you once it's your turn. If you are a WALK-IN it's not the best time wait (up to 1hr and30 min wait). But I do trust these Doctors because when I was a baby they saved my life. I was in and out of the hospital for the first 7years of my life. So now that I'm a mom, I bring my daughter here. These Doctors are worth the wait time.

Don't waste your time on this place, you'll be on the phone trying to reach the receptionist and no one will answer, I've been trying to reach then to make an appointment for a week and still the same problem and when you go to the place it's lonely so how is it possible they can't answer the phone. This is ridiculous! Just don't come here! Find somewhere elee!

Reviews speak for themselves. Went there once due to my new born. Never again. Dr. Jeff or Jacob and Sosa were nice, but front office is absolute garbage. I couldn't feel any more uncomfortable in waiting area. Over booked, crowded. Long wait. And all they care about is your money. They never answer phone even for appointments. Called 5 times to get an appt.stay away. There are great options. Other Horrible offices can even beat south coast pediatrics in their sleep I am sure.

Front desk girls are the rudest! Why being in a job field you are unhappy?
They never respect you appointment. You check in and you get the rudest girls.

Like everyone else i agree the assistants are very rude and seem to not know wut is going on.also i hate dat whenever i go in to see if they can see my son because he has a high fever or other symptoms they tell me they only have appointments open for a wk out or more and thats very helpful since he probably wont even be sick then currently looking for another pediatric office

I took my daughter to the clinic because she had a high fever and they said that they couldn't take her and said to come back later, never ever come to this clinic! Also they had Bad atitude

The doctors are really nice and my kid doesn't freak out when he sees the doctors. Buy the assistants are horrible. They don't have respect to you. And they give you a lot of actitud.

Assistants are darn rude! Make you wait hours! They never answer phones. Its just horrible. Please don't waste your time. They should make that place friendly and caring but all you get is attitude! They really need to hire new staff! Don't work in a pediatric if your not people friendly.

I was trying to call reception since 11: 30 to 1: 30 no one pick up phone. Reception is so rude and staff to slow and Wating period is 2: 30 hours. Nurse was checked my daughter and said, she has 98 temperature but I yelled her you thormameter is not good and she changed and recheck the was 102 fever. Asian doctor, she was checking my daughter it's look alike inexperience doctor and thinking so much about medicine. I wouldn't recommend any one to go over there.

Very rude and they just let the phones ring why make people listen to the ringing for 5 min before they decide to say "Hello" yeah rude not even a thank you for calling south coast pediatrics how may I help you? Or was there anything else I can help you with have a nice day attitude. Shame on the girls and management

Waited more than 5 minutes just letting the phone ring. Called again and still waiting. Parents just choose a different doctor

I agree with the front medical assistants being rude. I was about to change my son to another pediatrician but then I met Dr. Errol Sosa. He is amazing and very caring. He takes the time to talk to you and examine your child. I would give 5 stars if it was for him but like I previously said, some of the medical assistants are very rude.

Would give 0 star rating if possible. Staff "working" there is incompetent and lazy. There's a problem when a pharmacist can't get a hold of anyone for prescription info.don't waste your time
