I read the good reviews of this place from 1-2 years ago and decided to give this place a try before going to an agency to look for work. I saw they were advertising tech jobs which is my match but the person and number provided on the website were invalid; when I went to ask in person they said go to orientation and it will be explained there. During orientation you are given a reading and math test (20 mins each) for orientation but it's not used for anything. Afterwards we had a lady come in and talk about how good things were before they lost a lot of funding. We ended by signing paperwork, inputting our job experience, and getting our ID/Social scanned for the case manager you're assigned to, that is suppose to help you match with jobs. I was assigned to Thomas Mitchell and he was very unprofessional. He sent me a link to sign up for the CalJobs website but it was invalid, I sent him a message telling him this and he took days to respond only to tell me I was out of luck, and that was it. Never heard back from anyone, not even a phone call. Don't waste your time coming here.
