I am so disappointed in this facility. My mom was supposed to be there for a week or so. But I scheduled to pick her up on Tuesday August 15,2023. I waited ALL day for the call from them telling me she was ready for pickup, but lo and behold. They called me on the PHONE and told me that my mother passed away. If I had known this facility was bogus, I wouldn't have NEVER placed my mom there! Now I am planning to say goodbye to her and dealing with great guilt for placing her in their care! Please if you love your love one's, NEVER, EVER place them in this facility. P. S. Now they want me to do a survey. The GALL of THEM!
This is the most bias facility I have ever been in they are habitual liars and are very rude from the dsd to they charge nurse if you are person of color they will give you get out” vibes as they will do everything but tell the truth and actually do they job nurses are lazy and higher ups are just as racially biased as the rest stay away keep your love ones away if you really care it’s a set up and needs to be investigated by the board you’ve been warned keep away
