I’ve been here for a year so far.
I see some bad reviews but i personally think this is a great spot. In the middle of Orange County and near 3 freeways.
Getting anywhere is easy.
Leasing office is great and professional.
Ive had a couple of issues during this year and maintenance has been on top of it, they would get it fixed in a day or 2 max.
2 points that could be improved.
- guest parking
- rent prices since some Apts are smaller in SqFt.
But ill still give this 5 stars.
