7I knew it was part of the karate kid and cobra kai movie, but never thought it was actually apartments ìn Reseda CA
Didnt see any Larussos! But was nice to see the iconic Karate Kid sight in person lol
Emblematic and symbolic place. I hope one day life will allow me to visit this beautiful place full of nostalgia and a lot of affection that the Karate Kid movie left us 39 years ago (1984, today 2023). Please, never let this place die, take care of it, it is a very precise treasure and I suppose it must be for its inhabitants too. The truth is, if I could, I would move there. And preferably in apartment “20” where Daniel LaRusso lived. Best wishes to all residents and to all Ralph Macchio and Karate Kid fans.
Cool place but some interesting characters. The older Japanese handyman spends his day catching flies instead of working. Also some kid from Jersey just moved in, he gets his azz kicked every day. Only the strong survive out here.
A must-see around LA. The Larussos lived here in The Karate Kid movie. The parking lot on the side is where Mr. Miyagi's room was located (movie prop). Be respectful of the residents, there are several signs indicating that it is private property. Take your pictures from the sidewalk only.

I was there on vacation and decided to visit the place where the 2 time All Valley Champ lived, seemed peaceful and quiet but then again it was around 10 am when I took this picture.
