The packing team was polite, efficient, and took great care packing up my entire household. I’d recommend them any day of the week. Miguel and Peter did a great job. Peter move me in a year ago, packed my house yesterday, and loaded everything today. Overall great experiences with this company and these crews.

Great customer service from Scott to Miguel and Jaime. Communication was great. They arrived on time, fast and were very friendly and professional. They took very good care of my stuff. I highly recommend using South Bay Moving Systems for all your relocation needs.

Jimmy and Oscar did an amazing jobs. They were extremely detail oriented and very careful with the fragile items. Furthermore they were extremely friendly which made the process go by much quicker. I would certainly use this company again and recommend it to anyone.

Miguel and Guzman helped unload all my stuff from SoCal to NorCal. They were a great help. I had a video review with South Bay moving but it would only let me load a photo.

If they owners read this, I have a video review with your movers. They truly did a great job, professional throughout the entire move and extremely helpful. Keep those two they are great people to have on your team.

Friendly staff, Arrived on time and completed task in a timely manner. With that said they left trash, damaged my: bedroom post, couch frame, picture glass shattered, wife's jewelery box glass shattered; left bikes unassembled, clothing left in the garage, and shards of glass left behind in my yard. Could have been a better experience. Hopefully recieve compensation for damaged belongings.

Movers were very courtesy and professional! Treated our belongings with care and respect! I’m more than confident that the rest of the packing/loading with be handled the same way.

My movers Irwin and Edwin were excellent and completed my move quickly and without any hassle. They kept me in the loop regarding all of my items and took extra care with items that I pointed out to them. I found them to be very helpful and courteous.

Edwin and his partner were extremely professional and did a great job unloading my items, would recommend them to anyone who has an upcoming move.

Unfortunately this company was contracted to move my household goods for a military move. On the day that they delivered my goods, they brought in a piece of furniture that did not belong to me. When I told the guy this, he asked me if I wanted to keep it. This item belonged to another service member and he was just gonna give it away instead of trying to find it's rightful owner. They also lost part of my delivery. This delivery was on a Saturday, so I was supposed to get a "call" from the manager on Monday. That was July 23rd, it's now Oct 1 and I'm still waiting for that call. These people are dishonest and should not be trusted.

I had an estimated weight of 700lbs of stuff. I havent gone through every single item yet to see if anything is broken. Miguel and Chris from SouthBay Movers were fast and because the packing company packed everything, it made it easier for Chris and Miguel to unload. I had 20 items total and I would say it took maybe 45 min to 1 hr and 20min to unload everything. Miguel took point on the paperwork and had me sign what I needed to. No issues. They got my stuff here. Nothing appears lost at the moment. I did not pick them directly and I am not disappointed. Thank you guys.

I’ve been in the military for 19 years. I have moved 8 times in those 19 years and I have NEVER had a crew more professional, more respectful, and more willing to please. These guys are the real deal. Miguel Valez was quite literally the most amazing “job foreman” I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The fact that he was able to show up, and make a super stressful event immediately turn into a calm relaxed moment, meant the world to us. His crew, Jose Valez, Sergio Valez, Ivan Valez and Ruben all busted their butts to move the 11,000 pounds of my entire home in 6 hours.

If you need someone to do it right the first time, call these guys.

Super Military friendly. The moving crew went out of their way to help pack when the initial company who was supplied to pack said they couldnt last minute. Honestly I cant thank them enough!

Gustavo's team is the best. They are hard workers, very respectful and communicated well with us throughout our move. Also they moved our tempered glass chair mats for us. They told us they were not responsible if they break in the move and neither of the two, or anything else they moved for us, broke!

I have to update my review due to issues on the back end. Mario and the coordinators did an excellent job maintaining channels of communication, and were responsive to on site issuses. I was happy with the quality of the packers and movers from origin and the initial trucks unpackers. However, final crew contracted from Horton's for our surplus were rude to my wife when she asked why they weren't assembling the outdoor furniture that was disassembled by the packing team. This team was also careless in moving furniture in a room and knocked two holes in our sheetrock from moving something wrecklessly into the wall. This took more than 30 days to finally get this fixed. Initial communication was great but deteriorated once we had a damage claim.

PCS moves are never easy to begin with. This company did a great job keeping in contact with me during the whole process. They provided professional and polite working crews during the packing, pickup and drop off. Only a couple small items have a piece that I haven’t gotten to yet which is probably in one of the boxes. All around I am pleased with this company for my pcs move from ridgecrest to whidbey island.

Follow up, as I continue walking around and looking over the big things such as my gun safe, the fridge, deep freezer, a dresser and washer and dryer there are some dings, dents and nicks that were not there before.

Follow up number 2.

It is now 2 days after our goods were dropped off. My cigar humidifier that was my dads is cracked across the top. Also an old chest that was my grandmothers is cracked in two places. It seems anything that was wood is cracked or broken.

We just had our household goods packed and loaded. Oscar, Santoyo, Jose, and Miguel were amazing. One of the packing days Oscar was by himself. I was pleasantly surprised at how much he was able to get done without any help! They were all very personable and made small conversation whilst still getting everything done in a timely manner. During the loading day, Miguel made it a point to keep asking me if I was satisfied with the way the truck was being loaded. This let me know he cared my belongings and wasn’t just tossing them in the truck. They were all extremely professional and worked well together. I would definitely recommend this company. 10/10!
