9I was on hold for 1 hour and 30 min and no answer. The charges are ridiculous. Can’t go to the address online cause no one is there. The worst ever.
Non existent customer service from a company that has total monopoly on the electricity market in Southern California. Sky high fees out here in Coachella Valley all this extra fees for delivery, fire maintenance, more the $200.00 just on the extra fees before you get charged for your monthly usage. Going to be interesting next month when we have our 30 new solar panels on our roof. Hours on the phone and weeks trying.
Twice in three weeks. No power. They said 11pm. 4 hours later everyone’s still guessing. Smh no power.
Every time I call edison they're wait is over an hour. They need more customer service people. This is ridiculous. Solar is taking over and the average everyday. American is losing out on decent service. Someone needs to fix this. This is the second time I have called. And my wait is over an hour.
Where is the customer service at this place. No one answers and no freaking email. The website is a joke. No answers.
Update, lots of misunderstandings, and correspondence issues, however, after being persistent along with the assistance of sce/cpuc, me and my family are thankful and appreciative of the outcome.
No one answers the phone.period. There is absolutely no option for what I want to request or discuss and that is turn power to a building after we get final inspection from the city.
One of the worst companies to exist on the face of the nation. Changes your plan without notice, somehow my settings were changed to not receive any notices on my email even after I signed up for paperless. DO NOT sign up for paperless! That's how they get you. Now I'm stuck in a sticky situation having to pay thousands for something that wasn't even my fault. I will be moving to a place that DOES NOT have SCE as a power company.
