Southern California TMS Center Long Beach

TMS has changed my life. I've taken meds for years, but it's never made my depression or anxiety completely recede. After TMS, I don't feel depressed at all anymore. The folks at the Long Beach office have been an enormous help. Dr. Poole is the best psychiatrist I've ever had. He's not only kind and ready to fully listen to his patients, but he's open to thinking deeply and reflexively about the shortcomings of psychiatry more generally. He's truly wonderful. The TMS techs at this office were fantastic. Victor was very gentle and careful. He's got a gift of talking to strangers. He put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable. Lucy was always very precise about measurements and placements. She took great care in training the other techs. Claire is fun and friendly and brings a lot of energy to the office. Kiera, the newest tech, has such a gift of telegraphing peace and well-being. She makes you feel seen and truly heard in her presence. She's also had amazing travel experiences that make for great stories. I have loved working with all of them: Victor, Lucy, Claire, and Kiera. I'm so grateful to all of them!

Everyone here was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They explain everything to you and make sure that you understand the process and what to expect. The only surprise I ever got was how quickly TMS worked. Oh, and how quickly they were able to get a response from insurance. They take the time to make sure that you are comfortable before, during, and after treatment. If you're looking a place to get TMS, 100% come here.

My Drs Erika and Lucy were the best! They took great care of me always asking if the headset fits good and how I'm feeling during it. Along with that they give me a great sense of safety just by the way they talk to me. Thank you guys for being great (:

When I began the process of TMS, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The staff were so helpful in guiding me through the process. They were kind, and professional. The building was a calm and peaceful environment. TMS has been so effective and beneficial to me, my depression is not consuming my life anymore. I will miss seeing the staff each day at my sessions! I am so grateful for Dr. Poole, he really took time to answer my questions and was very thorough in administering my treatment.
