Betsey Partida Is the best agent there is. She always does the best of her abilities to get me the best rate for my policy.

They have their schedule posted outside, I go there and it's closed, I call the number and they anwer at some other location and I'm told that this location won't open until 1 more hour

Don't bother to obtain insurance here. Agent does not try to give the best available prices.they only care about money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Just try calling them for a common question and you will see what i mean.i ended up switching to a better known insurance.i was always afraid it would be more expensive. I now pay about less and the customer service i get, is way better.
I am shocked to see the difference. You don't have to believe me. But I will suggest you call around different insurances (state/farmers.) before you insure your car here.

Betsey Partida has horrible service. I mean she is supposed to be there to answer questions regarding insurance policies and any additional questions regarding insurance. She gave us short answers and with a bad attitude!
Not professional at all, no matter what your position is, clients should always be treated with respect.
