I loved Dr Chavez. She came very highly recommended by another specialist. She was very thorough.

Seen Dr. Chavez for the first time and omg she is good. I really enjoyed talking to her regarding my issues. Totally recommend her.

I first began seeing Dr Natalia Chavez in May of 2020. She is a wonderful, dedicated rheumatologist - so spirited, full of energy, easy going, and she addresses all of my medical concerns. I always look forward to seeing her because I always feel better just by seeing her. Even when I have gotten lax about getting my regular checkups and blood tests (which could be dangerous for me based on my family history and my conditions), she’ll never let up and she will make sure I get my blood drawn and that I see her (whether it’s in person or over the phone). I am grateful for her She’s a great deal of the reason I am in remission now and my conditions are controlled.

I like this location better than the other location it’s closer to me the staff is amazing I was in and out quick Dr Chavez is also amazing and she’s very thorough

Southland is quality care at its best. The office staff is always so welcoming and ready to help.
But the true gem at this establishment … Dr. Chavez.
She is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is concerned with you, the patient as an entirety. She has helped me take back my life with controlling my pain and managing my flare ups. I can’t thank her enough for actually caring about me, my pain and making my life better in any way she can.
Needless to say I Would highly recommend Southland Arthritis to anyone questioning it. It could literally change your life. (:

This place looked like a pill mill. The office was overflowing with patients no place to sit. Dr. Chavez barged into the room with such aggressive behavior that it made my 60 year old mom freak out. When we asked for her to calm down she stated we were being rude. It’s so sad that our Doctors today see us as just money. Dr. Chavez had no sense of empathy or professionalism Shame on her and they way she represented that office btw my mom was a new patient. Thank God I was with her.

The building is very clean and the attention in my consultation was very good, the ladies at the entrance were very friendly and Dr. Chavez was very clear and kind, I feel very comfortable coming to my consultation.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing really great people. Dr Chavez is the best doctor I’ve ever met as well. Overall an amazing experience.

Been going here for over two years now and seriously fantastic. First off the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable and generally very helpful. Secondly, Dr. Chavez is truly the type of doctor you want when you have pain because she not only listens but also solves the problem. AI diseases are no joke and I am thankful every day for Dr. Chavez and Southland Arthritis.

I absolutely love Angel Bustamante, he’s fantastic! Unfortunately the office is now unreachable, it recently took me a week and a half of calling multiple times a day every day to get past the busy tone. And prescriptions don’t get sent in unless you continually call and nag them. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for the nurse to submit the rx (which anyone on immunosuppressants knows can mean being stuck in excruciating pain). I used to just deal with it because of how wonderful Angel is, but all other operations are such a disaster now that I’m switching rheumatologists. Fingers crossed that Angel ends up at a more professional practice so I can go back and visit him!

This doctors office has an excellent staff and are very friendly and very caring dr Chavez is excellent

So far they answer phones promptly; however, it’s a long time before you can be seen. I’m a new patient so we’ll see how this plays out. So far it looks promising and the practice appears to have plenty of available services.
