Came out right away to seal a duct that was leaking in rainy weather. Extremely professional, polite and quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

We used Southland HVAC to install an entirely new system (furnace, ductwork, compressor, thermostat). They were great for this. Efficient, professional, quick and prices in line with competitors. However, we have been less thrilled with their annual maintenance. Their techs know what they are doing but scheduling has been a nightmare. I was cancelled on twice, once with no call or email, they just never showed, then they finally came the third time 2 hours late.

Technicians with SouthLand have always been the upmost helpful, friendly, knowledgeable service professionals I’ve experienced.

Eric was very efficient at diagnosing a faulty blower motor. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very polite and courteous gentleman. I strongly recommend him.

Michael arrived on time, was very efficient in checking the unit, and gave me the results. Very personable and professional. Be nice to get him to do my summer maitence check up.

The receptionist and the technician were great, professional and fair. The sales rep at home depot is a totally different story. He was unprofessional and false estimator (Joe). Other then him, the company was great.

Jose was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining my heating unit and the new thermostat. I would definitely use them again!

Where can I start? This replacement of my ducts from below my floor to above in the attic is still going on. It started around the 4th of July and is now the day before Thanksgiving and still not completed.

Granted, the initial work was completed satisfactory but my job required the ordering of two custom linear vents. Those vents were not ordered after I selected them in June, and when they were ordered it dragged on and on. Nothing proactive occurred to get me those custom boots. Just waiting. And waiting.

I called many times to get updates. Finally after much chasing by me they said they had everything ready to install.

Instead of installing they came with two vents expecting to have everything ready to go or so they thought. Wrong. They needed to install the custom boots for the vents, and cut out the drywall to get ready for the vents. No crew was sent to do that. So now hoping that after my 10th or more phone call they can straighten it out.

To sum up if you need something simple they can handle it, but if your job requires anything that is customized, Head for the Hills.

I was more than satisfied with my technician Pedro. Friendly, knowledgeable, respected my property.

They came to turn on the furnace and we found out that the furnace wasn’t any good needs to be replaced

Jose explained the maintenance process and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend Jose to all, including family and friends without reservations.
