Southwest is the only airline I will fly on not only because they have 2 free baggage which is great but the overall friendliness

My favorite airline. They know how to treat people. I've flown with them for over 16years and only once have I seen an upset employee. I had amazing service as a single person, outstanding help when I had my son with me and when I flew after an injury, the wheelchair service stole my heart with all the extra kindness. Yes I'd definitely stick to southwest airlines.

Very organized and efficient operations, staff courteous and helpful. Travel experience so smooth, fare very reasonable, and I love the 2 free check in baggage the most.

Packed flight; very little services (food/drinks) ; in all fairness probably applies to all airlines

Excellent service during the flight, very punctual when leaving and arriving at the destination. Air conditioning very adequate temperature and gave the opportunity to carry two bags of 50 pounds, hand luggage and a small suitcase inside the plane. I highly recommend it. In addition the incomparable price in holiday season.

I love that Southwest is friendly, have great fares if you shop early, still allow two bags to fly free and two carry on pieces. I DO NOT like the size of their seats, or the leg room. I am a disabled person. I suffer from chronic pain mostly affecting my back, hips, shoulders and neck but also other areas of my body. Just before flying from Dallas to Los Angeles in July, my pain management physician put me under a light anesthesia and injected medication in my lower back and right shoulder that should help with my pain for a few months. I was still in so much pain, even with my prescribed pain medication, when I got off the flight. I wish that Southwest also offered more comfortable seats along with their other amenities.

I will always fly Southwest because the employees truly care. I had a crisis and they fixed it for me. I love SW airlines.

I'm not a big fan of southwest my mom makes me and my sister go. Personally I prefer Delta or United. I think they should have wider rows and entertainment that actually works. Like Delta has a TV on the seats? So the people flying with them can really kinda enjoy themselves. Other than that the crew are very kind and attend your needs well.

LAX is big and I love it the service lady was so nice to my grandmother when she needed help with her flight!

Love flying Southwest. Had a problem with assistance at BWI. All she did was talk about how she hates her job. And she was not going to accept any change, or $1 tip. She was going to leave after me and not come back. O told her I could get my own luggage and have a blessed day. She walked away

I've been flying southwest since I little and I've never had a bad experience. The flight attendants are easy going.

So far, it is still the most reliable domestic airline. They may be late sometimes, and it may not be the most cheap option, but the consistency of quality is worth the loyalty.

I got a flight Labor Day weekend and a celebrity from GH; Sat next too me. Sonny Corinthos Father on GH. The flight attendants were very nice or server Paula was wonderful.the pilot who flew us to Texas from LAX, September 1st.was great.we left on time 7an. The pilot landed perfect no bouncing and great take often. The Lord was with us

This airline is a cool airline. You can watch tv and movies on the website and track where the plane is currently over. They give you free drink and snack. They have a Southwest magazine too. The service is good and the seats are comfortable

I really have to admit that I was surprised at how great the service at Southwest was in LAX and in Milwaukee. Throughout the whole process everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Was able to get my ticket curbside at LAX. Loved it. Even waiting for the luggage in the baggage area after we landed was an easy process. Lines moved quickly.

Very accommodating, allowed me to pick up my small nephew and nieces at the arrival gate. Of course it was prearranged.

I always fly Southwest and appreciate the way that they do they’re boarding and how they treat their people on the flight I’ve never had a problem. Whenever I fly the attendants are always super funny and nice. My layover flight was delayed 2 hours only last trip but it was not to bad over all.
