Southwest Answering Service has won our company with their exceptional customer service. As most answering services there are a few hiccups, but Southwest has redeemed themselves via their customer service. They have made it right and communicate with us promptly. I know they have been incredibly busy through the holiday season, but our communication did not fall through the cracks once. They are true professionals and I thank them all for their hard work and commitment to service.

Absolutely horrible. Beware! They ask personal information like your exact birthdate and explain that they need it to identify callers. DO NOT give out any personal information to them. They are not to be trusted. You can hardly hear them on the phone and they don't speak up when asked. I called three times and they never left a message to the medical office, which obviously puts patients at risk. Stay away.

Very impressed through the years we have used them to answer our after hours calls. Always responsive and willing to work with your specific needs. Were able to customize to our business and train employees when needed. Personal service to a high degree.
