I cannot say enough good things about Matt at Southwest Feed Grain and Hay! Their customer service is unparalleled.oh, wow, just saw that another review said that as well- I'm not changing my adjective because it's the right one! Last year at Halloween Matt loaned the school I work at a bunch of hay bales to help us create some atmosphere for our school's Fall Festival. They were a huge hit and we got lots of compliments! They just changed the feel of the whole event, and made for a great place for parents to take photos of their little ones for the memory books! This year when I called Matt, I explained that we no longer had access to a truck to retrieve the bales (that he again graciously offered us) and he said he would drop them off at our school for us a few days ahead of time, WOW!
