If you have to deliver here don’t go. They are the worst receiving ever. Don’t have appointments time right and they are not going to unload you.

Very bad customer service check in staff very rude my appointment 1 am right now 2.30 am still waiting for door check in 12.30 am

I had appointment for 8: 00 pm
Came at 7: 45, did check in. They gave me the door at 9: 00 pm. Right now 10: 00 pm, they are even didn’t start to unload. Probably will loose my pick up because of these guys.
Even you have appointment it not means you can get unloading on time here…

Doesn't honor appointment times.the ones they themselves made. Requires you to leave the facility and wait for call back.even though it may be hours and their facility is 90% empty. They are about as incompetent as you will find.

As a worker they treat you smooth at first but then if you call out for family emergencies they threaten you with your job even after doing an 18 hour shift they expect you to die for them when they probation period is six months with no holiday pay. They want you to slave for them with no benefits

Driver blocks driveway getting out of starbucks drive thru in hayward ca, then has the nerve to tell me to reverse all the way out of the drivethru.

The noise they make with their trucks and the delivery times are just unacceptable. Fix your trucks and deliver in daytime!

Good facility to deliver.girl on the receiving talks very nice and polite.i had a appointment on the 26th and they unload me a day earlier in 20 minutes.

I love delivering here, the staff is fast and friendly. I'm never here more than two hours.

Appointment at 0200. Checked in 10pm previous night. Got door call at 12 midnyte. 12: 30 i was out of facility. So no more words needed to tell how they work. Yaayy going home after 18 days.

Arrived at 2000 for a 0200 appointment, receiving arrives at 2200.
Called me about 2300 put me in a door done before midnight.
Plenty of street parking in the area.

Unsafe Driver. I was driving for my employer when one of their vehicles almost caused an accident with my employer's vehicle. I contacted them and they never called me back after leaving a voice message.

5 stars for the second visit 40 minutes in and out. The first visit was 1 star and it was something like this the worst place ever. Reefer load and appointments don’t matter first cone first serve
Gave me door after 4 hours and took 2 more hours to unload. 6 hours wasted

Appointment was for 0400 on the 14th arrived at 1700 on the 13th unloaded at 2300 on the 13th took about 20 minutes for 17 pallets, Street parking is available completed 10hr break. Amazing experience friendly staff.
