Because they don’t offer negative stars, I have to give this place a single star. I was told the gal that I consulted with was great with micro blading- she started my brows and I was very happy with the shape. I went back for the second appointment and without any consent or conversation, she brought some random woman in who took over the process, disregarded the agreed upon color choice I had with the first woman and proceeded to expand the shape and size of the brow line. There was no introduction of this woman- no conversation of my wishes and expectations, who she was—why she was there - why was I not being worked on by the first woman—
The woman took over without my concent and did a Terrible job of my brows. I’m considering involving an attorney!
