Clean, convenient, well-equipped and super friendly staff! Love the layout, spacious meeting areas, and outdoor patio seating.

We from QuansonTech, a software development company, love to work here, everyone in the staff is super friendly and the businesses around us help keep up the motivation of running our own. You can get your morning coffee and chat with interesting people from various industries, or have your own secluded space. The choice is yours, but for us we definitely like the feeling of being welcome!

We’ve been here now for over 3 years and happy to say we signed up at spaces before they actually opened. Proud to say we’re one of the first companies still here (and there are more of us). We’ve grown from a 2 person office to now a 5 person office and spaces was always accommodating to the size of our team and our growth. With growth comes more expenses as expected, but we were prepared for every step and so was spaces. Jade has been our go-to person from the beginning. Her and her staff, though not official employees of ours, represent our brand as if they were. Our customers walk in and they don’t know the difference. It’s so hard for us to ever leave when we have this kind of support. It helps us too when we’re busy and are not able to be at the front to greet our customers. Thanks you Jade for always having our back all the time, every time. Shoutout to Corey, Onyi, and David too. You guys make it hard for us to ever leave as long as you guys are here!

I’ve been here since spaces first opened their doors and I’ve checked out other shared office spaces, but the affordability and modern look at spaces is unmatched. Not to mention the service you get with your membership. If you’re a small business just starting, as I am, the front desk presence and support make you feel like a large operation. Customers/guest are greeted by the spaces team, but they don’t present themself as that. Especially Jade who manages her team at spaces, she goes above and beyond with her customer service. If I could afford to hire her I’d do it a heart beat, but this will do for a small operation. If you’re looking for a modern look and vibrant space, I recommend you give spades a shot. These other reviews are inaccurate and this is coming from someone who has been here since before they opened. Thank you spaces team!

Thank you space playhouse team for making our small business bigger than our operations. You help give the impression that we’re able to serve everyone and anyone when people question if we’re able to. The front end and back end support to our staff goes unnoticed. Major shoutout to the manager, Jade. Even when it seems when she’s busy running around she always takes time to stop and help us! Thank you thank you! Can’t say it enough.

I really want to warn you: this is a scam. They will tell you one thing on the sales call, but once you've signed the contract, you'll find they signed you up for something different, but just as expensive.

They "auto-renew" you at random intervals, for random intervals. They make big increases to your contracted amount for no reason. I started at a "promotional" rate ($45) that I knew was going to increase to $60. Then, a few months later? It increased to $75. They didn't even warn me, they just did it.

Now, it's $90 a month. When I tried to stop the contract, they told me I was signed up to 2023 and I can't, even though they aren't fulfilling the services they're contractually obligated to provide.

I signed up for the virtual mailbox. They don't alert you when you get mail, you aren't permitted to use the facility common areas (although I was told that was part of the membership during the sales call), and worst of all, they didn't even collect all my mail!

I had an important notice come from the City of Pasadena, and Spaces returned it to sender.

For $90 a month, they could at least collect my mail!

Perhaps you think "Oh, she just didn't read the contract close enough. I'm more savvy than that. " You can go ahead and think that if you want. And then months from now, when you're locked in an auto-renewing, ever-increasing cycle with poor service, you'll wish you listened to me.

Seriously, just go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and do another coworking option.

It's not worth spending a bunch of money (that will only increase for no reason) on bad customer service and shady business practices.

This space is part of the Regus network. The Regus network promises a membership that grants you access to this space but actually charges extra. All calls to Regus customer service refused any help. The team at Spaces Pasadena noted when we checked in that we had a membership but something was weird on the account and to call customer service. We were lied to by Regus. Their membership has many restrictions, which their sales people do not tell you. They sell you on something just to close their sale and customer service is unwilling to help. We were in a month to month membership and they wanted to charge us for a full year when we tried to cancel everything. Beware!

*** I have continued to follow up. I have received no response from emailing the email in the comment below. Every time I call customer service, they say they can't help without me talking to my sales rep. I don't have a sales rep. The whole thing is getting worse. I am getting collections calls now. Every time I ask who I can talk to about resolving the situation, every time nobody knows. The collections calls are happening because my credit card company was able to reverse the charges. They looked at everything and realized Regus has misrepresented themselves. I have no recourse but to continue to post reviews on Regus pages.

This place is a very poor establishment. They charge double Monthly Payments without your knowledge. When they present The Monthly Plans. It only shows monthly plans. Then you occur a late fee on top of your double monthly payment. There approach is strictly about Sales and Commission. There whole layout is full of trickery and confusing. Coming out of a Pandemic how do you charge People a double payment for a Monthly plan. No compassion.
Greed at its Finest. I will not recommend this place to no professional or entrepreneur.
