Regus is terrible to work with - I would recommend finding another space. They use predatory auto-renewing contracts and charge late fees despite having our card on file. I'd stay away.

Unlike other low rating reviews, our experience at the Spaces Oyster Point is a pleasant one. We needed a short-term office as our current office is going under renovation.
The Spaces Oyster Point is modern, and it is a full-service office space so the office is cleaned daily and the common area has everything you need. Plenty of parking on-site and it is close to nearby shops and downtown South SF.
The staff is friendly and professional. They also bring our packages and DoorDash food delivery to us!

I would strongly urge all startups to stay away, they are a total scam. We were promised a reasonable monthly rate (~$1,800) for a very small 4-person office and after 17 days of occupancy had to cancel membership due to Covid-19 shutdown throughout the region with offices no longer accessible. They are now attempting to claim we owe them $10,000 for the time frame and are refusing to honor returning our deposit. It has been a horrible customer experience through this process and I would not want other startups to waste their time dealing with this.

UPDATE: Three years later I get a call from Regus claiming we owe them $900 from this fiasco. This makes zero sense to me. SCAM.

Worst experience ever! We had so many problems here. From website issue, payment problem, random invoice problem, hidden fee problem, internet problem, door problem, urinal issue, printer issue, etc.

We messaged the on-site guy and he was not helpful. Sometimes it takes weeks until he answers you and doesn’t care to solve your problem.

We probably sent 50 emails about the issues! They invoice you and there is no description on the invoice! You ask them what is the invoice, they don’t say what it is! Then they say you should pay it and we eliminate it, and they don’t do it and give you another random charge without description!

So messed up! They also have hidden charges. They charge you restoration fee and fee for all conference rooms but they don’t tell you in the beginning. They sign you up and first ask you to put your credit card on file, and then charge you randomly left and right. Good luck tracking and dealing with these guys! They don’t even have a call center to answer you! You send a message and they respond whenever they want and I found it pretty useless as well.

These guys are super careless about you!
