I am writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of response and resolution from Workspaces regarding an unauthorized membership issue.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through various channels, including emails and phone calls, I have not received any response or assistance in resolving the matter. The unauthorized membership has resulted in unwarranted charges and has caused significant inconvenience.

What exacerbates the situation is the company’s decision to block my emails and phone calls, making it impossible for me to communicate with them directly. This communication blockade is highly unprofessional and further impedes any chance of reaching a resolution.

I am disheartened by the lack of customer support and urge Workspaces to address this matter promptly. It is essential for businesses to uphold a standard of responsiveness and accountability, and the current situation falls short of those expectations.

I hope this review serves as a plea for attention to my issue and encourages Workspaces to take immediate steps to rectify the unauthorized membership and lift the communication blockade.

SCAM! Unauthorized Membership and Unwarranted Charges

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Spaceworks that compelled me to share my concerns.

I discovered an unauthorized membership set up in my name, resulting in unexpected charges on my account. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation through communication with Spaceworks, the issue remains unresolved.

The lack of transparency and consent in establishing the membership has caused significant financial stress and inconvenience. Unfortunately, the customer service response has been unsatisfactory, with minimal acknowledgment of the error and no visible efforts to correct the situation.

I want to caution others about the potential risks involved with Spaceworks. The unauthorized actions and subsequent lack of accountability are troubling. I strongly recommend exercising caution when considering any engagements with this company.

My numerous emails and phone calls seeking resolution have gone unanswered. To my dismay, it has come to my attention that my attempts to communicate have been blocked, leaving me unable to convey my concerns or seek assistance.

This level of unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on Workspaces’ commitment to customer satisfaction. I am left with no recourse and a growing sense of dissatisfaction.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering engagements with Workspaces. A business that ignores customer concerns and resorts to blocking communication is a cause for concern.

My company has been renting from Regus/SPACES the Quad for nearly 5 months now. It is a clean, energizing place, and has a nice variety of working spaces available in the common areas, and nice meeting rooms. The coffee shop is a plus too! Spaces is fortunate to have Marva as the Community Manager working at the reception area. She is professional, friendly, very helpful, and reliable. Marva has addressed all our various needs with patience and grace which is much appreciated. Nikka is great too! Our staff feel well taken care of at Spaces the Quad, and enjoy coming to work here under our company's hybrid work arrangements.

The Quad has been an amazing space for our company the last several years. The staff onsite is always super helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal and the building is kept up nicely. Thank you Spaces Team!

Very professional and clean facility. Our experience with SPACES and Marva has been outstanding. I have been using their services since 2019. Marva and the team at Spaces The Quad have always gone above and beyond in their efforts to make our team's experience as excellent as possible. There are plenty of amenities in the space and it is conveniently located off the 5 FWY and Sand Canyon exit. Plenty of parking, daily food trucks, and high quality meeting rooms. I'd recommend to everyone.

We have been extremely happy with our experience at this Spaces location. It provides an nice, professional environment for our staff and has great amenities and resources. There is also access to a nice outdoors area for recreation, cooking, working, meeting up with staff and/or customers. To top it all off, the staff takes great care of us. Marva (team lead) knows us by name, greets is every morning with a huge smile, accommodates us however she can - she makes us feel like we own the place. Highly recommend for any business needing an office or simply a workspace to get things done!

Decent working space. There was no staff to welcome me into the space, and after signing up I was bombarded by phone calls every hour from 3 different states asking me to sign up.

Wonderful shared office space in a convenient location with plenty of free parking. Always clean, organized, modern, and sophisticated, and the office staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. We are very happy, thank you for the service!

Beautiful place to work at. I only saw nice people here. Even during pandemic, I couldn't resist coming out to the office because my productivity goes up in here.

Great location, very friendly environment and lovely indoor and outdoor space. Great little lunch/snack area, free parking for all and even a workout area in the building.

I have been with Regus/SPACES at the Quad for 4 years now. I have had a great experience here. I truly enjoy the superb working space. Be it when I’m in my private office or using the common areas. The Booths, shared open desk are great to meet with someone or just take a break. It’s great to have a conversation with someone new from all the businesses that are here. The well lit areas, work areas and the recreational areas outside are great. Marva is is amazing managing the reception and assisting everyone. Be it with a booking a private office for the day or long term. A small meeting room or organizing events at the center she keeps the place running. Ky, manages and runs the Cafe. He always has a great variety of food and drinks. Be it fresh baked goods, sandwiches, salads, soups plenty of coffee and is a true coffee artist. I would highly recommend any one who’s looking for a work space or some where to unwind. This is it. Hope to see you around the Quad.

Our company has called the Quad home for 4 years now. It's been a wonderful place to work from and has allowed for the flexibility and growth we've needed. The team always goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and makes every interaction a positive experience!

I frequently work at Spaces the Quad's coworking facility, and it's honestly one of the most amazing coworking spaces I've worked from. In addition to a clean and new facility with great wifi etc, the staff is what sets them apart. Marva and her team go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that sparks creativity and productivity. I appreciate the little details they work hard on to make this facility a spectacular working environment every day.
