6 Poorly made.
I paid for a translation in another place and the translation was cheaper than Spantran's Evaluation service.
The evaluation is just a copy and paste of 4 lines of information I provided them. They didn't do anything and took a ton of money from it.
And after the 4 lines, the rest is just a pre-made 2 paged paper
saying that they have did a easy 5 minutes research proving that your document is real.
Also, Spantran doesn't even take the time read a 3 lined email.
I have sent a pdf file of my Translated Bachelor's Degree for 3 times in a roll and all three times I got an almost automatic reply from their staff members asking for the same document in total disregard to what I sent on the email before, no basic reading skills.
Phone lines are hard to reach during regular business hours which seems awkward.
This place is a huge rip off. They pride themselves with years of experience, but don't have any clue what they are talking about. Don't waste your money on these guys.
Miserable and unprofessional customer service as well. When questions about the evaluation arose the irgnored my questions and pointed out that the evaluations are only advisory-opinions and non binding.

Working on the college receiving end, Spantran has been extremely helpful. They are quick to respond and provide excellent assistance.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Took a day off to come in and they leave the office early even after confirming.

I didn’t have any information about website, it was my first time and because of that I couldn’t send my documents
I already paid for documents that I couldn’t send! So I emailed SpanTran and asked their help, they quickly responded to my email and they guide me step by step, and It appears that i choose a wrong option for validation and that would charge me more money but They informed me about that and they refunded my money.
