Myofunctional therapy with Leslie was great. She gave me different exercises to help alleviate weekly headaches from bad tongue posture. It has been almost a year since my therapy and no more headaches.

I couldn't recommend Gretchen Bechard anymore. I had concerns about doing VIRTUAL speech therapy, worrying that it would be hard to really dial in to the nuances of sounds and visual cues for my son. Gretchen has done an amazing job at engaging my son and making a difference. Perfect combo of total pro and wonderful human.

My son came to Spark for speak therapy. Leslie went above and beyond! He never resisted and was always excited to work with Leslie. She was supportive, caring, approachable and really detailed. She helped with suggestions for other treatments my son may need outside the scope of Spark. I couldn't recommend them more!

My sleep apnea health care doctor recommended myofunctional therapy to strengthen my tongue and reduce the severity of my sleep apnea. It worked! I had severe OSA, now my condition has improved so much that a simple oral appliance (like a mouth guard) is all that I need to sleep soundly. Mo more annoying CPAP devices for me! I highly recommend her because of her passion for her work, her professionalism and her enthusiastic support of my objective. Thank you Leslie Bennett! You are the best!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Gretchen and how much she has helped me! She made me feel so comfortable with things I had been struggling with for years and taught me real life tools I can use in my life! It was life changing in the new found confidence I have now in myself. Thanks Gretchen you’re the best!

Leslie changed the trajectory of my sons future! She was able to resolve a studder, echoing and other issues he was presenting…things that actually did not fall under the realm of speech therapy! She goes above and beyond and looks has the child as a whole, and not just a client. Her calm, soothing demeanor was always welcoming. She made therapy a positive experience! I literally cannot thank her enough for what she has done for our family. If you were looking for someone who thinks outside of the box and doesn’t shy away from recommendations in areas that your child could benefit, look no further!

I couldn't recommend Ms. Leslie any more! She is amazing. Working with toddlers isn't easy, especially making them do things they don't want to do like speech class but she makes it fun! She is patient is my son, plays games, has a great outlook on life, and is an overall happy person that my son really loves. She is patient with us when he has a meltdown or we need to reschedule due to his mood. I'm so glad we found Leslie! I would recommend her to anyone looking for myofunctional therapy or speech therapy for their child. My son is progressing quickly. She even was the one who found his tongue tie and I missed it even though I'm a dentist! I know this therapy is money well spent in my child's future and we are so lucky to have Ms. Leslie as our therapist. Highly recommended!

My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate, and was only grunting at 18 months. My husband and I were skeptical about what a speech therapist could do with a child so young, but we were amazed. Thanks to Leslie Bennett, our daughter learned how to form words and hasn't stopped talking since! ;) Leslie had never worked with a child with this condition before, and spent hours of her personal time researching practices and techniques that would be effective for our little one. It was evident that our daughter was more than just a client, Leslie really cared about her progress and well-being. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Leslie was the first therapist my son saw. At the time we didn’t know exactly what was the cause of his speech delay but she took all posibilites and worked with him on them. He was so attach to me that he would resufe to go with anyone but with He loved Leslie since day one and so did I. She was amazing to him and in the almost year that we saw her my son made huge progress with her. My son would see her twice a week and she just became a huge part of our life’s so when she moved we were both extremely sad. I loved the way she did speech therapy with my son. I also loved that she never discourage Spanish as our second language. She didn’t know Spanish but she would try very hard to speak little of it to my son. That to me was amazing! I would recommend Leslie to anyone needing speech therapy.

Leslie Bennett worked with my son Henry during his early years of speech therapy. At the time, he had horrible doctor/therapist anxiety, but he was immediately drawn to Leslie’s calm and friendly demeanor. Henry has a complex speech disorder stemming from a brain injury at birth, but she was able to tailor his sessions to address those complexities. Leslie is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and she’s not afraid to think outside the box. Without a doubt, my son would not be where he is today without her help. Leslie is a talented and compassionate and FUN speech therapist, and Henry and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
