Sparklean Laundry/Fluff & Fold, Indio CA

Highly recommend this place. Went yesterday for several loads of laundry & a few big items. The workers there are very helpful with loading cash card & explaining use of different sized machines. They are always available along the aisles, helping customers if needed & keeping everything clean. One mopped the floor twice while I was there. They are also very busy laundering all the drop off loads that are charged by weight. Thxs again for the help as a new customer. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Large machines work very well cleaning & drying comforters, not wrinkled at all when done!

Called this morning to see if they could do same day service for my uniform that I need tonight… was told no problem.went in and was turned away. Have used their drop off service before and was happy with it… but didn’t need same day… blergh.

This is one of the best Laundry Mats in Indio. I love that its awlays clean and the staff are super nice. Eveything is done in Excellency, and you can see that wen enetring Sparkle.

Very Clean, Not over crowded, pleasant ambience (love their music selection) Owner and Staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back.

Very clean laundry but be sure and read the instructions carefully on how to get a card that you use in the machines. When I got up to the card dispenser it said insert money to add time so I did and apparently I must have added time to the previous user's card because my $6 disappeared and no card was issued. One of the attendants said she could not give me a refund until the manager got back in 3 hours. She showed me how to use the machine to issue a new card and everything worked fine after that. So I just wrote off the $6.

Love Love Love this laundromat! I highly recommend this place to everyone who’s in need of a great place to wash. Very clean and helpful friendly staff. Vending machines available for snacks while waiting for your clothes. If you forgot your detergent or fabric softeners, no worries this place also has a fully stocked vending machine for last minute items. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, very nice man who takes care of his customers.

What a great place! The owner, Keith was so helpful, as it was my first time there. The machines worked great and the prices were excellent as well. If you want the job done right, go to Sparklean!

Great laundromat. Lots of different sized machines, great assistance. We did one load of sheets and some jeans in the smaller washer for $3.49 and dried in the 10 minutes drier (45 cents) on 2x10 minutes. Excellent wifi, music and very clean. Folding area next to the driers. You need to purchase a laundry card for $1 but that amount is added to the card so the card is free. Put $ on the card with $1 bills - wait for the blue light to insert another $. You will not be disappointed.

Lots of machines, missing the stench and well maintained. Overpriced but better than most.

We got here around 9am before it started to get busy. There is plenty of parking as this is located in a strip mall. The machines are all stainless and range in size and work adequately. We used the huge 8 load unit for about $9.50 and it washed the clothes fine. We used the 2x big dryers ($1.25 per 10 mins) and they did not seem to get very hot so we moved our loads down to the slightly smaller units ($. 40/10 mins) and one of them got significantly hotter than the first 2 dryers we used. We let the attendant know and she immediately taped off the big units, which I was very impressed with! They have working TV's, vending machines, and bathrooms. My only stylistic change would be the music selection.as country/Christian is not my first choice, but that is just my opinion. Overall I would recommend Sparklean for their cleanliness, ease of use, customer service, and good value for the $$.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly, everything is super clean and I love the fact that the machines don’t need quarters and you can pay with bills and/or card!

I had occasion today to take a soiled comforter to the laundromat. I was met by a caring helpful staff. The two I had the most interaction with were Raquel and Jesse. They went above and beyond and I am very very grateful. They are diligent, kind and a benefit to the owner of that business. I will definitely be back!

Since the new service activated it seems that the laundry area is taking a fall. I have seen roaches the last 2 times I have been there and I m always cleaning out the dryers before use. It is a shame because I like this place but I am afraid I will take something I don't want to home with me.

The laundry have a new owner they have a good customer service they are clean you want it be without a crown people you need to go in the morning

Very clean and friendly. The card machine wouldn’t take my card from last year that had ten dollars on it and I had to buy a new one. But it’s a very nice laundromat and the help is friendly.
