DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!
These guys recently just broke my cars back glass and denied all liability. This business is really unprofessional and just wants your money. They don’t care if they scratch or damage your car. Manager Juan is a poor representation of a manager for the company since he wasn’t able to resolve the issue. I saw the employee crack my car’s back glass in front of me and the manager still refused to pay for the damages.
If you’re thinking of getting a wash there be prepared to pay for all the scratches and damages Sparkling Image does.

First time there, got basic out and inside cleaning for $70. Car looked all done as it was just sitting there for about 15 minutes unattended. Asked the supervisor guy and he said it was. Looked inside and definitely was not done, even spray bottle still inside. Ended up being guy working on it went home and told no one. Quoted about 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hours.

Paid $159 for an oil change/ air filter/ upgraded car wash. When my truck got to the drying/ detailing area it sat ignored forever and it was skipped (as well as other cars) so the guys can do a truck that just came out of the washer. When I got my keys I asked why I was skipped for that other truck and was told “he always does that for people he knows “ I will by going elsewhere after this and other issues I have had. I have been a customer for years and the guy that skipped me has been a supervisor at this location for years.

Fast, efficient, and detailed. The cost is reasonable and they do a great job. You leave with a very clean car, inside and out.

The young ladies who checked me in and took my payment were very nice. But I paid $60 to have my truck "semi-detailed". It took Iverson an hour, they had 1 person working on it while 4 worked on a car in the general line. I noticed that females and Hispanics got their car in and out very quickly. One lady who got the same service as I did. Came after me and was out before me.
Then when I did get my car it had spotted mirrors, oil on the side and the inner parts of the door was dirty.

Sparkling images the best hand on car wash and Bakersfield. Head and Shoulders above everyone. I would recommend my friends to use it.

So I have been going here for ten plus years to the sparkling image car wash in bakersfield california off white lane. I’ve had problems in the past but it was addressed and fixed.

Today I spent 130.00 dollars to get my car cleaned. Not only was it not cleaned on the outside but when I brought it to their attention they kept insisting it would not come off without solvent and a buff and wax.

I was literally wiping it off with my fingers in front of them it was a combination of bugs and oil from the road. My car is 3 months old and I had it ceramic coated as soon as I bought it. It didn’t need that it needed to be washed again or just sprayed with soapy water and wiped off. Again they refused to do this and left my car dirty.

I will not be returning and would like a full refund. The fact that they refused to just wipe it down or rewash it was insane. It was a simple fix and they were insisting on charging me to spray it with solvent and wax it.

I’m done with dealing with bad customer service from here. I would highly recommend a retraining on customer service and job understanding.

Just so so on the work. Wax job didn't turn out so good. Front license plate removed from trunk and lost. I terror detail was nice.

I really haven't been impressed with the last 2 car washes I have gotten. Prices went up and quality went down.

I’ve been to this business (white lane location) several times. I get different personnel and each time they do excellent work and the costumer service is excellent. Cristina and the crew always show me what my cars need.

Pretty sufficient way better job than my experience from the one on Rosedale hwy they have recliners seats while you wait and if your in for a good detailing you might as well get groomed they have a barber shop inside Paulina shop I believe it's called

Just car Wash is hard to read they did a good job on the outside but left all my trash in the doors I didn't do a very good vacuum a job. I asked for air freshener which only seem to last about 30 min. The people were nice but that's about the only good thing I can say

Ok, so I had bought the pre-paid oil changes but I did not get the card! Lol I swear I didn't. Anyways I went back and they told me they would call me when the new card came in. I thought for sure this was the "runaround". To my surprise, they called! 2 days later saying my new card was ready to be picked up! That is pretty good customer service! Thank you!

Fantastic service and fast oil change included a air intake filter.plus free car wash. $120.with out getting out of the vehicle.absolutely amazing.

My car was pretty dirty, so they talked me into the $69 wash. They said it would make a big difference. I thought they must be doing a good job since it took a considerable amount of time. Got home and noticed 2 big bird poops still on the exterior and under different lighting all the windows were smeared. They pit so much wheel shine on my tires that I now have a big mess all over my car. Won't be going back, the only big difference in this wash was the deficit in my wallet.

Very unsatisfactory car washes I always get the car wash and I continue to return because it’s the closest car wash next to the freeway to leave down south. The employees seem to be lazy and don’t do a job 100%. I literally have to stand there and point out what they’re missing in the vacuuming, and also in the drying. Of the vehicle, they never dry on the underside of the trunk the door frames on either sides of the doors, both sunroofs too many issues to explain. The manager Juan I think he’s just a big joke looks as if he just wants to show authority but really doesn’t take care of the problem doesn’t apologize etc. It’s a waste of money. This is my final visit and I will relay the services here to family and friends not to stop there, a waste of money I believe the Proprietor is out of state. I don’t recall his name brown, Peterson, perhaps you need to take care of this business with proper employees who care about the customer and not just their paycheck and hire people that speak English as well.
