I was told by another mechanic my transmission was going and needed a $6k replacement… wasnt convinced so I got referred over to John for a second opinion by a friend and was not disappointed. It was NOT my transmission and Sparky’s was able to fix the problem! Had my car back the next day! They could have easily said my transmission was going and I totally would have bought into it. Instead they were honest and helped me fix the issue.
Sure, they could have taken advantage of me, but instead they got a life long customer and I will be referring their way. That’s what an honest business deserves! Thanks John!
