They make it a nightmare to cancel. Very predatory billing practices. Employees are extremely rude and unhelpful.

The building is in really bad, water leaks everywhere. The equipment is decent. The staff is great.

I love this gym. It’s never crowded. There’s plenty of equipment to use, and the lighting is dope!

I really enjoy going to this gym. Going to gyms usually gives me a lot of anxiety, so I find the lighting and the illusion of privacy it gives me really soothing. I also really love the pool area. The only things I would change/improve upon would be that the water in the showers and pool are often too cold/don’t heat up, and there’s unusable equipment tucked away in a few corners. Otherwise, the staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly and have always made me feel welcome

I don’t know where to start, this place was decent before but as of recent it’s been really bad. There are no water stations, there is a huge water leak and humidity issue. The basketball court needs to be re done, the hardwood is starting to lift and is always slippery it’s not even playable. The rims are bent and there’s no ventilation. There are no paper towels most of the time to clean of the equipment with, bathrooms smell like urine, not to mention the amount of water leaks within the gym is ridiculous. I believe they charge a maintenance fee of some sort? Where is the maintenance? Y’all have go to do better ‍️

Basketball courts are always messed up, rims are bent, nets are always ripped and takes them forever to replace it. When it rains, it leaks and they shut the Basketball court gym down. The charge a maintenence fee twice a year but where's the maintenance? Lucky for them they have a lot of equipment to work out with.

Been member for a few months and can honestly say they have a big selection of machinery to get a full body workout. I use the select prize machines as well as Dumbbell. I also like how available the Basketball court is. It hasn’t been too packed, which is a plus.

Jack was of great help, answered questions accurately and helpful explaining my membership.

They charged me the annual fee 2x times while only being a member for 6 months. They don't do refunds. What's more this gym bribes their customers to post reviews in exchange for free barcode cards

This gym is trash! The people that workout here are so full of themselves. Their Instagram page is trash too. Go check the bathrooms and look how dirty it is.

Very bad customer at the front desk and the place super packed they're overloaded the place more than it's capacity i ended my membership today

This gym has the potential to be amazing. The equipment should be checked on more often and nobody re-racks weights the right way. The sauna works great, but the steam room has only been on once in the year I've been here; replace that thing with ice baths, please.
The real annoyance is the music. This isn't a dance club. It's a gym, everyone has their headphones in; costing everyone who'd like a bit of peace is outright rude. It's nigh impossible to listen to an audiobook or a podcast, or even your own music. Just turn it down a few notches, y'all.
Everyone not in high school around here, you know, the people paying, are beyond annoyed.
