I haven't bought parts from Specialized in many years. Looked up the address so I could head over, and got stuck reading to owner replies to bad reviews. Lol Very funny.

Several years ago I decided to buy a 2004 BMW because I wanted to be able to work on independent of shops. I found Mel at Specialized German was a great help with several parts and he provided valuable insight into my search for my needs and recommend him highly. Thank you Mel.

I have contacted this business by phone and numerous email to ask for return information on a part I ordered. They have responded with asking why? (it was the wrong part) and invoice number? Which was provided in each email I sent them for the return information needed. They have conveniently not responded with the information. I am guessing its because they probably have a 30 day return policy in which they do NOT want to honor my request, which has been way before the 30 days.
I would think twice ordering from this business.

I was in last Friday for a piece of interior trim plastic for my E 39. They told me they only had a couple of those cars in the yard but that they would check for me. The mechanic brought it back and told me that a piece of it was cracked and he couldn’t sell it to me, I said that’s fine as it’s a used part so I don’t really mind. He ended up just giving it to me. Getting a used part for my 20 year old car is usually expensive, but this was a nice surprise. Thank you guys.

Worked with Mel and get the part I needed for my 6 series BMW. Was able to get the headlight overnighted and installed in less than 24 hours after placing my order. The headlight is amazing and looks very good. Thank you Mel!

Came down all the way from Chico the sales person wanted to make sure he was getting ‘‘em the right part even showed him and he corrected me that I was pointing to the wrong part then we found it. He got me the right part very thankful cause I would of left with the wrong part thank you guys so much

Bought a motor for my Audi, came with missing injectors, and they stripped the oil pan as well and put the screw back in with rtv, supposedly had the timing chain done as well and that gave out too, which I paid extra for them to do.they said motor had 88k miles but they wrote 123k on the block, motor only lasted me a year and that’s 3800$ down the drain, make sure you inspect what you buy before you do it.

Went and bought some used parts for my daughter's BMW. I guess the prices are all right. They say they guarantee their products I hope this is true.

Hands down, there is no comparison to what Specialized German has done for me and my business over the past half a dozen years. Honest people with integrity looking to solve your problems and not looking to become the your next one, unlike most "salvage" yard. Bob and the crew have come through for me more times times that I can count.

Did not honor printed eBay listing shipping costs. I called them and sent several messages via eBay and just got the standard, shipping should have been added to the screen. Mistake or not, in my opinion, it is just not nice customer service to advertise something, only to change it and add more money after the fact. At least be willing to work with the person, or not I guess.

I go there to get my parts for my BMW and everytime I get a part there at works fine they'd never sell you anything that doesn't work they're good people they try to help you out as much as I can if you have a BMW I recommend going there for parts really cheap I went there to get a air flow sensor there are around 300 to $500 I went there and got it for $60 very good place to go to

I have been trying to find the right headlight and mirror for my 2005 zhp bmw.came across Specialized German as I was searching. Called them up and Tony absolutely gave me the BEST customer service in the auto industry. He knew EXACTLY what my car was and found me both parts I needed. If you need euro parts you're making a mistake if you don't call Tony at Specialized German. 100%
