I would like to first thank Jessica Duong, OD for being a real professional. Yesterday I was very concerned and scared about an eye condition that people would notice on my left eye. This was the first time I had a type of problem with my eyes and Jessica was able to calm me down and to not only provide education about photokeratisis and how sunburn can cause pain, redness and swelling in eyes but she has a state of the art equipment that seems pretty accurate when examining eyes. She not only took time to prescribe my medication but she had to call two different pharmacies that were out of stock with this particular prescription and she took the time to chose and alternative for me. Jessica then called me back at my cellphone to let me know it was ready and my prescription was taken care of. I appreciate when people go the extra mile for their clients and I am a happy costumer who would come back to choose my next polarized glasses through my insurance.

We followed Dr. Duong to this new location almost ten years ago. She and her office manager Edward created a beautiful, inviting office space with competent, professional, and friendly office staff, and a large selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. They have continued to grow and improve, and we still get the excellent and personalized service we've always received - including adapting for my special medical needs. Dr. Duong also detected my husband's early Glaucoma signs this year, which we will always be immensely grateful for. We highly recommend this wonderful business for all of your eye care needs!

Specs has the best and most friendly staff. The office is always clean and Dr. Duong is very thorough during your exam. I have been coming here for the last 6 years and they have never disappointed me.

They were so accommodating. I was on my lunch break and so the process was so quick and seamless. Even though I was on a time crunch they were very attentive.

Excellent attention in English and Spanish, they have not yet my glasses, but I have excellent attention from the staff and the doctor
