Went to check on an additional phone for my account. Staff was quick and helpful and answered my questions quickly and throughly. They have by far the best prices if you have internet as well.
Waited 45 minutes to be helped. They need more workers there. I was there a total of 1 hour and 1 guy worked with the same person the whole hour. 15 people waiting in line by the time I left.
The line you have to wait in outside the store can be a bit much, just to get inside & wait more. Its like making an appointment with a doctor where you play the waiting game!
This Spectrum agent was very helpful. Wish I could repeat his name. No waiting here! He took our old equipment, and directed to a store in our town who had the authority, to straighten out our account. Straight forward and helpful. I love it.
Super slow and looooong wait, just put you there standing outside the store exposing to sunshine while I was the first in line! Nice customer service!
There's nosey people that they can't wait for there turn to be call and they are interrupting your conversation
Apparently the management does not know how to schedule people to work at rush hour times. We got there around 4: 30 in the afternoon and were 3rd in the queue. It took an hour and a 1/2 to help us and by that time there were 31 people in the queue.
The employees were great though and were willing to spend time with us reguardless of the long line of waiting people.
A Spectrum technician name David in Riverside, California, went out of his way to inspect and upgrade/repair a neighborhood internet street hub. I actually don't know the right name for the piece of equipment. But I do know that he went out of his way to provide better service.

Literally everytime I have been there they only have 1-2 employees working with 25+ customers waiting. Hire more employees
They take hours just to pay a bill like there's literally only 2 people working. Not to mention this bald dude who works there was very snappy and rude.
They kept getting my bill wrong so the last three months I walked in to pay my bill and EVERY TIME I have had to wait 35 -55 minutes just to pay them money!
They have six counters but always only two or three people helping anyone?
And always one of those sees themselves as a boss and really does NOTHING to help with Customers.
If we had a choice here in my area they would lose my business even if it cost more, I am sick of this!
Horrible experience. One waiting list for all activities. Yes, to return a non-working router I had to wait for 8 new line activations. Yes, a hour and a half wait to drop off a router! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. And did I mention 2 workers and 10 customers waiting for service.
Ok place if you have to pay bill, or exchange a device. Service is good and usually no problems when returning or exchanging devices.
Great internet speeds and a plus for having dodger and laker games, but when I called to add cable service I simply said I want the cheapest rate and they push you to get the most expensive, and they won’t budge either so I hung up on them then they called me back 20 times. But their products do perform great only reason I’m giving 4 stars

The customer service and overall experience has gotten lot better.with the merger we had few issues but all better now

Worst business I have ever visited. HAD to come in to return equipment and waited 2 hours! Just as I was next to be called 2 out of the 3 employees left and were gone for 30 mins! I had 12 people waiting behind me and about 6 people just walked out and left. They made no attempt to rush or greet customers or apologize for the wait. The one worker didn’t even ask his coworkers if they were coming back I had to have him ask.
This place is severely understaffed. I came into drop off equipment and had to wait an hour to do so. When Charter has their main office off Jurupa waits were not to his long at all. Charter needs to re-evaluate their staffing and hire more people.
AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTS. People are not kidding when they say the wait time is ridiculous. I've been here for over an hour to make my payment. They have an automated machine to take payments but it's down and they can't fix it. The wait is worse than the DMV. There waitlist has never fallen below 20 people. While talking to other customers, they told me an hour plus wait is very common here.
