Make An Appointment! I walked in at 11: 30 my appointment was 11: 40. My name was called right away after I signed in. There was 20 people waiting & were not happy cuz they were not aware of making appointments. It's a very big place but not enough people working there.

The guy who was helping us to switch companies, said we can't do finance payments for our new cell phone and we must to pay in full (almost 1000) I asked why we can't do payments and he said he didn't know but the system didn't allow him to do it and when we have to paid to switch with them and pay the phone we want to pay cash and he says spectrum didn't take cash just card and no multiple cards, wich was no true neither because early we paid another account in cash.anyway if someone in that location can help me with this issue, I must appreciate

Waiting time is insane. Took eaily over 30minutes to see 2 customers while there are another 11 in line.

I had no problem at this location. I’m just frustrated that I squeezed in time to pick up my equipment so I could set everything up today and there has been a spectrum outage. I can’t even set up equipment or use the service at the moment. I read a review about frequent outages so I’m a little concerned that this may be an ongoing issue. Update: I’ve experienced a daily out (sometimes every other day) since connecting service:/ service is out again until 5p. I do a lot of work from home so this isn’t ideal. Looking into other options now

Don’t go to this store, I just got trap by them, i got the new service in April and that time picked up, I told them I need modem only, but they never listen and gave me everything, they never told me and I assumed I just got modem, but currently I moved my house and found out they gave me the new router, I told them I found out this new modem until I moved the house, they didn’t want to help and ask me to call customer service, I called CS and they just said they don’t care. Fine! If my business account end I will cancel the service not to use them anymore! Bad service!

Horrible! Not enough employees for the busiest time of the day. 3 workers and 12 customers waiting. Took over an hour to just exchange my cable box Frustrated!

Switching from ATNT to Spectrum was the best choice. We are going to be saving over 30% on our bill. Leslie is amazing. Her knowledge, patience and superb customer service skills made the transaction easier to do.

GPS directions took me to the parking lot, incorrect location
You can get access to the store using the North side entrance facing the 10 fwy. The store is clean, and the Self pay machine is user-friendly.

Extremely predatory practices. Please stay away! Tell everyone to stay away. I got roped into a conversation with spectrum, they wanted to send equipment. Initially I said ok before doing my due diligence. I called roughly 10 hours later to rescind, reps were annoyed that I wanted to cancel, and after a very aggressive sales pitch, they assured me my order was cancelled, no service, no equipment. Well- had that been the case. I wouldn't be here giving a 1 star. Huge equipment shows up at my door with next steps to install. I come home from a Monday to get through customer service who reassures me that the other rep knew it wasn't going to be cancelled BUT I can time away from work to go to the mall on a different city, to return their equipment that they told me they didn't send. By the way, I was looking forward to the great deal but after looking online and speaking to former users, they cautioned me that you get what you pay for. Throttled service with outages, etc. No thank you. And for those dishonest spectrum reps, you Don't have to lie, just be upfront, customers value honesty than lip service and false dealing.

Mrs.or Miss Nicole very bad service. Pablo attended to us and helped us with what we needed. They offer service for $30, they send everything, no one comes to install and then they send you the bill charging you for the month if you have had the service: (

Not a reliable service provider, especially with watching Live TV through their Spectrum App on my 4K TV. During both the NFC/AFC championships, a blue refresh circle appears, followed by an error code. Then you must call the customer service number to fix the issue; however, the issue returns minutes later. The last straw was not being able to watch the last 5 mins of Super Bowl tonight, because of the same problems I just started above. It's time to switch providers.

Went there to return their car equipment. And then they said I have to return 2 wifi routers and a modem. When did they gave me 2 wifi routers? The customer service person was polite and asked me to call their billing dept, which I did. And, behold, their warehouse folks will be advised to search their warehouse for misplaced equipment else I am to pay $76 for a 2nd wifi router I never had. Would you need 2 wifi routers on a 1-bedroom apartment?

Got there 30 minutes after opening.there was already people waiting but i didnt wait too long and i was able to cancel a couple of my services, also you can make appointment reservations online if you dont want to wait too long overall good experience!
