I called for an intermittent internet issue. The customer service representative I spoke with was fantastic and so helpful. I wish I couldremember his name. He linked me up with Danielle to repair and update my old equipment. She was so pleasant and so good at what she does even the clients in my business complmented on what a hard pleasant worker she was. In a world where customer service is dead these two gave me hope. She was also grateful that we were pleasant to her. Thanks so much!

INTERNET DOESN'T EVER WORK. CAN'T RUN A BUSINESS ON DAILY INTERNET ISSUES. NO OTHER SERVICE IN OUR AREA, SO THEY HAVE THE MARKET CORNERED. IT'S TERRIBLE. I CALL DAILY & THEY WON'T EVEN DISCOUNT MY ACCOUNT.

Horrible customer service! Don't get me wrong the people are nice enough but they have so many separate depts (some dummy CEO or manager probably thought it'd be good idea) and NOW they split business into 2 other depts and you get transferred multiple times even when you choose the correct prompts.
I also have a non-business a count with them and can't remember a time when I've called and wasn't told 'I'll need to connect you to another dept' least once.

Rural community so I don't have much of a choice of providers. We're stuck with them. But the customer service model is awful. I sweat getting put into a robo log makes me angier. Then you get someone, but it's the wrong someone, and you go back on hold. Over and over again. Add insult to injury my last issue was over them screwing up my account after forcing us to change our receiver boxes and signing new contracts. Don't worry they still billed us, and auto drafted payments each month. Not to mention if you hold more than one spectrum account they force you create a new login for each account. Well you forced us to go off our bundle package and now I can't manage my Internet or equipment without calling, because my online account is now tied to my cable service. How are you supposed to be business friendly again? But again rural community so it's this or satellite/dish.

Awful service with regular outages, terrible customer service, and deplorable business practices. They are the epitome of a money hungry corporation who couldn’t care less about their customers. I have counted 20 outages in the last 2 years, not to mention the numerous occasions when the internet is ridiculously slow. Customer service does absolutely nothing to help and management is just as useless. The technicians try to help but are limited in what they can do. All around terrible company and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Hello my service technician Chris who serviced my jobs internet issue in the Dayton/riverside are was terrific I would highly recommend just because of his service and professionalism.

Horrible experience. I just moved here singed up they said easy installation, and they'll just send all equipment well it's not as easy as they said but I was told by a neighbor they do that to try to avoid the cost of people going in person for installation, I'm so over the weekend I'm paying for services I don't have terrible company Comcast/ exfinity way better.
