The women in the right one store two of them are disrespectful very one tell you one thing and then change their mind and run to the back and then come out telling you 10 different things different and it it's just unbelievable
Spectrum will raised prices within a month of service an you will not notice intil you see a big increased on next bilI, I noticed my bill was getting higher an highers.spectrum telefone service line will say something or give me credict an I will end up paying more on next bill. Here at this office spectrum workers are very rude but if you are a new coustomer they will be super nice. Some people did not know they have to check in on the computer at front an they waited for an hour an waited more when they learned how to check in to see a worker.
Just came in and the short midget was rude attitude plus the mobile service is trash and they give you a hard time to remove your phone number from their side it's been a month now.
Negative stars. They got confused about which apartment I was activating Service at so they charged me for activation at the wrong address. After this mess up, they reactivated at the right address and charged me a reactivation fee again.
Got home and unpacked everything that looked like it was new and found out the adapter had been switched. Had to return to the store and wait in line again to get the right adapter. The second trip was quicker thank goodness.
They are the worst, This is my second time at this location and the always make me feel unwelcome and not wanted to be apart of spectrum
Outstanding Customer Service! My dad had been having trouble with his cable box and after working with the phone support they told him to bring in his box to be replaced. He can’t get around easily so I went with him to the store and Oscar G assisted me with promptness and courtesy, he replaced the box in just a few minutes and was extremely polite as he went thru the reboot instructions. My expectations were to have a horrible experience but it was one of the best! Well done Oscar, thanks so much for your help!
Very long wait, an appointment is best. Clerks were not that friendly. No receipts given for channel cancellation, no timetable given for when it takes effect or new billing amount!
It was a huge hassle just returning some equipment.
I had 3 cable boxes, 1 DVR and 2 standard.
I was returning 2 of the 3 boxes.
I returned 1 DVR box and 1 standard.
The spectrum employee (Elisha) marked that I returned the two standard boxes and kept the DVR box.
I even told her "I think this is wrong, I'm returning a DVR box and a normal one, this receipt shows two boxes with the same model" she said with an attitude that "the serial numbers were completely different" I didn't want to stand there and argue with her so we left. But sure enough when I got home she marked that we kept the DVR and she deactivated and erased the standard one we did keep. So I had to call them and remove the DVR box and re-add the normal box. At one point the lady on the phone (who was actually very nice and helpful) said I have to go back to the store, I told her no, and she found a way around it.
If the employee at the store would have just listened to me instead of becoming rude, it would have saved me a lot of hassle.
One of the worse services i have ever expericed not only over the phone but in the offices i cant wait till my month is finally over and switch.cheaper is not a better option youll end up paying much more later than they change your bill so you cant see anything over your app than lie and say its not them ok so what benefits you and your pockets is gone great thing for screenshots

The nice young man Oscar was very helpful and had to re-input our information multiple times trying to work with our credit card company getting it done.
