Excellent staff! And not too crowded. They spent 5 hours in total helping us and never gave up.

Had to disconnect and cancel service because I was moving across country to an area not serviced by Spectrum. I returned my equipment here to this location when their computers were down. They did not cancel my service as requested only accepted the equipment. So I was billed for a month of service I did not use. I had to contact spectrum and jump through unnecessary hoops to get this resolved. Won't be using them again. I'm now using COX internet with a streaming device at over half the monthly cost and same speed with way better customer service.

Spectrum service is not capable of connecting a samsung smart watch to the network, but they connect Apple watches. If I didn't just buy new phones through spectrum, I would have switched to a different cell company. They use the Verizon network and limit the customer, such is why it's so cheap to use.

Always crowded. Making an appointment isn't much better. They really need to add additional locations. Try to combine being a cable business and cell phone store is too much for 1 location. Using phone support isn't any easier.

The wifi service is decent but the mobile carrier service is the worse in my area like I would have thought since its next to the store it would have some great service but for being 5g its trash I always have only 1 bar of reception in my area! Super slow I’m goin to have to switch!

Definitely worth making an appointment. No waiting. Store was clean, and the rep, Teresa was knowledgeable and friendly.

Takes forever to get anything done here employees act like they didn't wanna work or be there I went with 1 other customer in there still took me hour to just exchange a piece of equipment terrible service

Confusion abound with people waiting and waiting and argued upon but nevertheless quite efficient when I finally dealt with the spectrum associate (female).
It’s Oxnard and more Oxnard. I just love it.

If you dont have an appointment for an wxact time, expect to wait 30mins for walk in until someone help you out, COX have done this so much better and faster

Not famous for its hospitality. There is a "I'm too busy" attitude. Our helper was confused and kept putting too many demands on us. We finally headed for the door and the manager who was observing everything relieved her and gave us a new employer and everything went well.
Kudos to the manager who kept moving around monitoring every situation. This is a very busy place and she is thankfully running the show well. Almost no seats to sit down. One more thing. The guy running the door hospitality is hyper, rude and annoying. He needs to chill out.

At first when I walked in the store, I immediately wanted to walk out because of how many people where there. But I decided to stay, thank God theyb had some confey couches to wait in. The line went pretty fast, everyone working there handled people's situations fast and I didn't wait as long as I thought I would have. The people at spectrum are professional and friendly. Now I know why I switched from Verizon to spectrum.
