If I could give no stars I would. These people completely erased my account when I returned one of our tv boxes. Employee told me it would be easy for me to call and fix the account. 4 hours on the phone, and still no TV service. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was exceptional at getting us everything we came for. We came to add a phone line and faster internet. We got them both for less than what i was previously paying! Special shout out to Gabe who spent hours giving us the absolute best customer service.
Fast, efficient, and super friendly. Laurence was the best help yet! Made my mom feel super comfortable and assisted in making sure all phones were online and active before leaving the store, last time we did such a thing with verizon we were there for 3 hours, today under 1! Amazing!
They never help you, your always waiting in long lines. They still didn't help me. They told me to call this number
The rep that helped us was very knowledgeable and was able to convert all our lines from other carrier to Spectrum in about 30 mins. Quick and painless experience.
Terrible customer service. Had service scheduled for Tuesday, waited 2.5 hours and service was a no show. Called and they told us it was canceled by them but had no reason why. We asked for an imediate reschedule due to their error and a need for the landline, and was told soonest they could come out was 3 days later. Went to store in Rancho Penasquitos to get assistance with this and the young man helping me was useless. Would not even update the account to add the apprpriate name to the account.
1 star is too much for this location. Absolutely the worst customer service! I had an issue with modem I haven’t received and showed on my account. They specifically told me: “we are not customer service, we are sales department. If you need customer service you can call them”. So just so you know, apparently they can only help you purchase things, but not provide you assistance. When I asked to speak to the manager he said the same thing! Do yourself a favor and go to the Mira Mesa location. Great service that actually want to help and not just looking to sell you
Worst internet and worst internet company in San Diego. Do not do business with them. Mobile hotspots are more reliable and cheaper
The staff was really patient and friendly to help me set up my account. He walked me through every step, and kept helping me even after the store closing.
Never try spectrum mobile. Expect price rise with spectrum internet even if there is 0 inflation.
Terrible internet service. Drops multiple times every day. I’ve heard from many others that they experience the same thing.
They earn two stars because at least they have a local presence so you can exchange equipment in person if you need replacements or upgrades and don’t want to wait for shipping.
Great service at this store. Arben and Gabriel were helping a lot of customers get in and out of the store swapping out hardware and a variety of other services. Arbem helped us move over from ATT. Much more customer friendly service than ATT
Be ready to face, two unprofessional ladies, on this location, their lack of knowledge, manners and costumer service are beyond any words. With all the money we paid for cable, perhaps a few dollars could help them, take a class on how to treat people with tact and decency.
