18Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Rude and totally unprofessional. Spectrum is bleeding customers due to shoddy support and service. They will do everything they can to make ending their service as painful as possible. RUN don’t walk away! And you can see by the generic reply they don’t care about customers. Will be speaking to corporate about the employee at that store (J) …. Also, don’t take my word for it…. Check out yelp…. Overwhelmingly 1-star reviews…. Again buyer beware.
Three employees could Not help me and all I wanted to do was turn in a box that I wasn't using.a bedroom TV I never watched. Want it off my bill but they couldn't get this done.
I switched all my services from Tmobile & AT&T to Spectrum. The transfer is saving me $170 a month. I'm able to keep my phone #'s and no need to upgrade phones. Staff including Freddy & Carlos were extremely helpful, technically knowledgeable and professional.
Very helpful and chill staff. They let me know what each charge was for and how to lower things by bundling/etc. Shoutout to Jeremy, who transferred my number/plan to a new phone in under 15 min.
Waste of time, can't even help you get service. Both in person and by phone. Was on the phone for 1 hr.for them to unlock an account. After an hr.of talking to 12 different people, they continue to say it's locked. Back to square one. ️
I saw the superior reviews for this Spectrum store so I drove out of my way to get help from them for my new iPhone. Spectrum representative Richard lived up to the excellent reviews. He solved all of my problems, answered all of my questions and did so quickly and in a professional manner. Thank you Richard.
I don’t ever really feel compelled to leave reviews but Richard at the spectrum store in San Marcos has gone above and beyond today. He listened to what our needs were and within 15 minutes he had us set up the perfect plan, at a great rate, and equipment in hand. If you go to this store talk to Richard, even if he’s helping out someone else it’s worth the wait. Thank you guys for being different from all the other internet/cable companies!
It's clean, quiet and the staff is very nice and greeted us at the door. I came to return the cable boxes that I didn't order when I signed up for new cable service with Spectrum. Richard was polite and helpful and returned all of our items no problem. I recommend this location
I was having some issues with my sim card being out of date and Sebastian helped me and my father out so much I couldn’t thank him enough times! Sebastian deserves a great review he helped us greatly! Customer service is 11/10! Great help!
I walked in at 2pm on a Friday to drop off a piece of equipment and was told it was a 20-30 minute wait. Just to drop of a single piece of equipment. I asked if I could just leave it but was told no and directed to a UPS store to mail it in. What’s the point in having physicals stores if it’s a 30 minute wait? What a joke. I suppose if you have an effective monopoly you can operate like this. Hey Spectrum - go visit a local Apple Store. Maybe you’ll learn what good customer service is like.
I can see why everyone is switching to Hulu or some other brand of TV service. They just don't care, will lie to you and charge you extra. You need to chase after them to get them to give you the right price and will not let you downgrade and keep your same pricing (even if they said you can). So go with a different service if you can, but they are down right not a good company to do business with. I would leave when you can and find another service, if you can.
Store was great. Employee was great.
Charging my account for 31 days when I canceled services after only 6 days is stealing from a senior citizen.
"We do not prorate" so I had to pay the whole month of $204 or get sent to collections!
I even begged to pay $100 this month and $100 next month.
"No! We can't help you"

Thank goodness I moved OUT of Spectrum ONLY neighborhood and into Cox Cable.
FCC has been contacted about their current RIP off to customers.
Was not able to return a rented modem, today. Jeremy was not helpful and unaware of the proper procedure, but was only doing what his manager Carlos told him to do which was both unlawful and discriminatory. Would not recommend coming in to this store for any reason
Crew here was very helpful getting some issues resolved for an out of town relative. We'll see if the crew at the other end is as good
Came in to pick up a few boxes. Right away Richard and Emily helped us out. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Customer service was amazing that we ended up changing our internet to Spectrum as well. Had originally switched over for cable only but they changed our mind. Highly recommend this location.
Jim helped me so much that I gave him a gift certificate to Starbucks. My phone was stolen and when I called spectrum mobil to let them know all i got was how sorry they were but did not order me a new phone or disconnect the service to the stolen phone. Next day I spoke with Nathan and he took care of that and wrote a complaine because those two things were suppoed be be done immeidatelly. I went to the Carlsbad store to order a phone and after waiting (isigned in) and having other customers served before me (who did not sign in) I was treated so rudely I won't go back to that store. The phone customer service isn't much better. If it wasn't for Nathan and Jim I would have gone to another service provider. Jim was courteous, professional and extremely helpful and great customer service. I hope his manager reads this.
Very friendly and easy to pay bill with the new machine there. Answer my concern about speed of internet. Having a tech come out and check wiring

This start is not for the employees this is for the main company.you open a location to attract people to come in and you waist their time because the least things you dont have.the company dont even have cover to area they are in. I just want it to know who is the smart person in the company chose this location.
