Spectrum is trash, they lie to you about requirements and do not disclose information about terms and agreements forcing you to pay ten times the actual amount things cost. Avoid spectrum at all costs.

As you can see, the receipt the salesperson wanted me to sign is illegible. The font is too small! Even he couldn't read it! Beware buyers! Salesperson stated I would be billed $250 for every piece of equipment in my house even though I was there returning equipment and canceling service because TMOBILE gave me free equipment and $30 a month internet access! And when I got home, my cancellation email was accompanied by a bill for the very equipment that I had just returned! Caveat emptor!

Vince was extremely helpful! Such a smooth process! If you need help ask for Vince! And he saved us over $200 switching to spectrum mobile!

We just switched to Spectrum and saved a lot of money on our monthly mobile phone bill. Big thanks to the patient, kind, confident, respectful and relaxed staff at the Spectrum store for ironing out the wrinkles and answering all of our questions. Vince, Dakota, Isaac and Samir took very good care of us.
Bonus stars for dealing so professionally with the crazy madman who came in screaming and cursing while we were there! It can’t have been easy but the employees were all super chill and, in the face of all that calmness, the guy eventually left.
We are happy customers!

My cell bill went from $140 at Verizon to $60 at spectrum. And I bundled with my internet I was already getting from them. The staff hooked it up with a bunch of other discounts too. 10/10 would recommend.

Spectrum has the worst customer service on the planet but it doesn't seem that way. When you talk to them they seem friendly and nice but it's a thin veil hiding the highly trained, money grubbing, soulless employees that work there.

First off they upsell you by giving you deals that expire soon and lead to much higher fees. Most if not all of their deals are bait and switch.

Not only this but despite being highly trained at getting more money from you, their staff will act completely incompetent when they make a mistake.

I called once to do 3 things which was add myself to my wife's account, upgrade the internet speed, and change the billing to my card. They told me they were adding me to the account but really what they did was create a second account on the same address. THEN, they added frnt to that address so technically it would be a second address. They then continued to charge my wife for our old internet while charging me for the new speed.

When we found out and contested the charges, they said they couldn't do anything because it was two separate people at 2 separate addresses. They stole over $1,000 from me and will not give us credit.

Besides this I've had numerous other issues with them and their service. Sadly they are our only option but if you contact AT&T which spectrum is dependent of, they can strongarm spectrum into giving you better deals.

This is the worst cable/internet I've ever had. Its pixelated. And the sound cuts out.
The service dept said they will send a boost signal but it doesn't do any thing. I've taken a video to show them when I take their equipment back.
