Spectrum Store reviews
14I went to the location that was listed in supposedly in westminster but it was technically huntington beach and it was not there. It was a credit union
Went into store to cancel service, after verifying who I was and answering why I wanted to cancel service, he said OK we can help with this. Then, after refusing any upsells he says " I'm sorry, you are not authorized on this account" So he can add services to the account for ME, but not cancel the account! They need to get their act together!
Sux sorry, company not store! It's funny how many poor reviews are on here, sad actually but many of us are forced to use this company so they give away all kinds of stuff to get new customers and gouge those of us that have been long term customers and make us work hard for discounts when we've been with them. No one cares cause the company is about greed.
Amy is great the most bestest customer service go to her directly very professional happy and smile on face
Worst than the DMV. Horrible and arrogant manager. Bald Caucasian.going to frontier after having this experience.
What can I say? I'm forced to use Spectrum because it's the only cable available in my area. They've cut off my ESPN and ABC stations and blamed it on Disney.
I've had service interruptions during the Super Bowl and Masters Golf tournament. Once I figure out streaming I'm gone.
Can’t leave 0 stars, so no matter what time you get to the store if people made an appointment, they are priority and you have to wait DMV like
Worst customer service i’ve ever seen in my life, i waited for almost one hour to return router and modem
I had my DVR Box for 10 years it was working great but Spectrum forced me to get a new one. They have No Good Boxes at these stores. Very low inventory and they are all BEAT UP USED and don't work!
Don't let them port your cell phone number without checking if your phone is unlocked. Will cause problems if you don't.
Came here tonight and had an awful experience with a rep named Maggie. She raised her voiced at us despite us being completely respectful and courteous. She didn't want to answer any questions and told us we needed to call into billing. I went home to call and the rep name Lou from Massachusetts versed my question but also advised that the in-store rep should have been able to answer any and all questions, as they have the same information in front of them. He made the difference as he tried to look up the info instead of seaking to me as if he was antagonizing like Maggie. I highly recommend management to reconsider teammates with Maggie's attitude, because it makes customer's experience demeaning and unnecessarily negative. Please have common courtesy and respect to all.
Hurry and wait. Guess there’s only one employee who works here. The others were visiting each other. Cut the cord Tmobiles internet is faster and cheaper!
I went in to exchange my Wi-Fi. The wait wasn't that bad, I saw five people on the counter and three people waiting. Despite that it went really fast. I was surprised.
My Spectrum internet service went offline Sunday January 1 at about 10: 00 a.m. Spectrum had an online chat troubleshoot and said it looked like the modem was dead. I went to the next day Monday January 2 to the Westminster store. Arrived at 9: 50 and there were four other customers standing around waiting for the store to open at 10: 00 a.m. Which it did. After signing in I looked up at the screen and saw I was number four. No problem I thought three customer service reps, three people ahead of me I should be out of here in no time. I was called by the next available representative at 10: 35. And yes I was out of the store by 10: 40 so 5 minutes to switch a modem. But had to wait 35 minutes to get it. Some of the other reviews point out how the Spectrum people took forever and we're just talking and laughing with the customers like friends. What I saw with three sales people pushing hard to upsell and they did. Two of the customers ahead ended up walking out with new cell service from Spectrum which was not what they went there for in the first place. The third representative bothered me. His customer was an elderly woman who lived alone. She was behind in her payment and questioned the representative about her package deal which included internet. She said over and over she does Not have internet and does not need it. She does not have a computer at home. The rep told her three Things. 1. You are getting a great price for your package. I would not change it. 2. You are behind on your bill. 3. How are you paying it? Never heard her saying she does not need or want internet.
