Spectrum Store, Ventura CA

I give this store 5 stars. Excellent service, great team, great manager. The best deal on internet, and phone. No contract. This store has the presence of professionalism, yet is not super busy or disorganized like competitors. The manager is nice and helpful. The employees I felt were really a good pick and found solutions to an end goal. I got a line on my Iphone for only $25 with a year FREE and internet in the home. Never going anywhere else. Great job store! This is a real time review, and I endorse them fully as a real customer as I have never written a review on any other major provider.

I found it unusual to make an appt to go to this store, but it seemed to help the flow of business at this location. Most exceptional was Grant, my customer service clerk. He was patient, respectful and knowledgeable. He offered me things that I found useful, while looking ahead at the big picture for me. He explained everything well, and made my day better for my experience there. Thank you!

Super fast service (literally 2 minutes with appointment), clean organized sales floor, and extremely friendly staff!
(For a replacement remote control on Tuesday, Sept 19th afternoon around 3 pm)

Really slow service. Probably just a little short on staff, but it took a lot of my time for something that took less than five minutes once they called my name. Kind of like being at the DMV.

I had to return my old modem/router. It took a while, as there were quite a few people there, and the check-in didn't check me in, but I got it done.

They have the silliest check in system. Even when the board tells them who is next in line they still ask. The lady was rather rude but the young man was excellent. I'm glad I cancelled service.

Spectrum was a very comfortable store to visit everyone there was polite and helpful I took over my brother's account for the home's WiFi so we could download Spectrum TV Channels which are fabulous and they also have good deals on mobile phones I would highly recommend Spectrum to everyone wants a great deal
