16Very nice employees and made changing out my box quick and easy. Recommend you make an appointment online just incase they are busy, that way you won’t have to wait too long.
Not at all a good service from the team there. It seems we were there for their mercy and other than the long waiting time the customer care executive was not at all having any options even after we were their customer for some time. It's like "if u want u stay with us" attitude. Not at all recommendable and has invoked the thought of changing basic spectrum services after the store visit.
Ssssssllllooowwww. And they have multiple people just chitchatting in the back joking around
Service is ok. Price will increase like most companies like to do. Can someone reward a loyal customer for once?
Nice staff, very clean store. They helped me quickly and got me up and running in no time. Also helped me refund a router I no longer needed.

I decided to trade in my iPhone for a new Galaxy Z fold. I called spectrum and asked how much trade in allowance I would recieve. The representative ignored me and told me that it is best to keep the iPhone. This was verified when Spectrum personnel listened to the original sales call.
I went to the Spectrum store to activate my new phone and was told that I was supposed to get a $ 1,277 rebate.
I called customer service who told me that the only way to receive the rebate was to cancel the transaction and send their device back to them.
I returned the Galaxy and went to the Spectrum store to get a new phone this time rebate included.
They told me that I needed to make a down payment once again. Another $232! They told me, “don’t worry because within 30 days it’ll come back to you because you already paid it. ”
 Today I received my new Zfold. As soon as I signed for it  an $852 charge was deducted from my PayPal account. When I asked why  they told me that the phone That I sent back was damaged. It was a brand new phone! No damage ‘! It was a clean unused Handset but The box had been opened
$464 in down payment money and $852 in non existent damage charges for a total of $1,316 has been deducted from my account!
I am returning the new phone and I am cancelling all service with Spectrum. I am out over $1300 because of their dishonesty
Walked in and walked out in about 20 minutes. Gentleman was able to assist in a timely manner. Good job guys
I walked in and was helped within minutes. Jake offered to get my internet service at a great promo and provided really great and courteous assistance. He offered to follow up and provided his direct contact if there were issues. I appreciated his help.

If I could give a zero I would.this Disney/espn fight is ridiculous and all u give us a $15 credit.wow guess not paying my bill and shopping elsewhere.then when u call customer service like talking to third world country… once again a 0 rating is being generous…
Went in twice and both times I received the best customer service. They were very patient and helpful. Yes there was a little bit of a wait but that's more do to each customer having different needs. Some took 5 minutes others 30 minutes.
Keep up the great customer service.
My husband and I came in to switch from our old provider to Spectrum. The store itself was spacious. We were greeted promptly as we entered the store and were helped by Scott Barca. He was so friendly, very informative, and quick & efficient when switching over our devices. I definitely recommend coming to this location.
Waited 30 minutes when there were 2 customer service employees talking between themselves not helping customers.
Customer service from Erick was unbelievable he has helped me a couple of times now. Thank you for everything.
