Spectrum Store, Simi Valley CA

The worst Spectrum location I’ve ever been! Never go there! Employees do things so slowly and not ending! Wait forever and they’re still doing worthless things.

Spectrum is a horrible monopoly. Look at the copy paste "owner responses" That's what the customer service is like. I'd take my business elsewhere if they didn't have such a monopoly.

Wellington was amazing and helped me switch from At&t. I was paying $155 for internet and phone and now I only pay $55. They have this great promotion where you get a line free for one year. Wellington made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and gave me the best service.

Chad and Manny were awesome to work with. Chad helped me with getting our new homes address unflagged and getting us new service as well as new Cell phone service, Manny spoke with me about our pups while I was waiting. And Manny helped me return our equipment from our old apartment. The store is clean and easy to spend some time in, and conveniently located with good parking. The store is next to corner bakery.

Its amazing one person can flip your opinion. I had much larger issues on 2/5/23 but the rep was amazing! Last night (3/21/23) was horrible. Rep did not listen to what I wanted in the first place. Said I was not able to make changes to the account, (even though I had been in twice without girlfriend and made changes to include billing method). After leaving and coming back, he finally tried to help. I told him I did not want to use the card on file. That I would use another card. He charged the card on file anyway then said he could not reverse it! Then refused to give me a receipt. Today, my girlfriend called and the guy says that yes, I am on the account and am authorized to make decisions? Last night service was a 0 but the other times I have been in actually make up for it.

Very helpful for my cable TV needs and questions. Equipment changes available instantly and they have a very helpful crew.

Overall pricey, service interruptions in different cities! They lure people in with promotions then price goes up after several months. I rather stick with a consistent price bracket and Consistent company. "Would I recommend this company? " No! But thanks for the interupted service and NO military Discount or MIlitary Holds! International rates are outrageous, And My Marine son had our phone bill at 582.00 for 3 months every month! Then they told me over the phone to tell him to use only WIFI overseas! SO he was so upset and said every where he goes doesnt have WIFI service. So i told him to buy a prepaid phone with Internatiional service, instead while on Active Duty! I think i would have better service with a prepaid phone or Verizon. So he coming back soon and he's switching to Verizon.

Lazy guy at the store said he couldn’t check inventory and made me get a phone shipped when I could’ve just picked it up down the street, guy doesn’t wanna do his job right which is unfortunate. Don’t come to this store

Popped in to this location because internet has been going in and out since Friday. It's a BIG deal because I work from home. It was 4: 30pm and I get it, this guy was getting ready to close up at 5: 00pm but he made ZERO effort to hide his displeasure. Not even a fake or weak grin. He helped me which basically consisted of checking account status and any reported outages but beyond that I could tell he could not be bothered. 4: 30pm is not 4: 55pm my dude, maybe you should find something you like better while the job market is still relatively strong.

Don't respect them anymore if I don't want to get spectrum just don't they charge this
