I wish I had the option to give this location
in Menifee zero stars. I received the absolutely worst customer service by a female employee named Annabelle.today. Not only was she completely unhelpful but rude as well. I don't know how this store could possibly hire and keep such a terrible representative. The purpose of my visit was due to an email I received from Spectrum telling me that I could drop into any Spectrum store to pick up my new phone. Annabelle was so unhelpful and rude to us I couldn't believe her horrible attitude, I actually thought maybe she was pulling our leg. We also asked in a polite way if she would mind throwing away my old broken phone case and she refused and said, "No, you can throw that away in the bathroom. " When we asked to speak to a manager she refused and said a manager couldn't help us! Not only did I not leave with my new phone but I ended up going out to the parking lot to call Spectrum for assistance. I am really disappointed that I signed up for Spectrum now. I will never go into that store if I can avoid it. I couldn't be more annoyed with our poor service today. I can't think of any reason the representative chose to be rude and completely unpleasant with us. Worst experience I have ever had at any mobile store!

Mateo is a rock STAR ️. New cell provider issues since moved from VZN back to Spectrum. Was stuck in Los Angeles with no decent function to my cell bc had SIM “issues”. THAT was scary lol. (Mateo knows) … He troubleshot the problem quickly and efficiently. Best personality! He’s professional, personable, patient and just an overall wonderful team member for Spectrum. Thanks, Mateo…Great guy! Keep rockin’ my Brutha!

If you ever need help with spectrum services, contact their mobile support team. The in-store employees do their best to not help you. Not only are they impatient, they seem to "rush" you out so they can go back to just chatting amongst themselves and NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I left their store unable to receive physical SIM cards because according to their staff, all companies are switching to E-Sim. I called the customer support team at Spectrum, and they said if you want a physical SIM, you have that right. I ended up getting physical sims mailed to me free of charge via Fed Ex Overnight. Do yourself a favor: don't go to the store. Call their support team instead

Stay away from this company. Their internet and cable services are extremely expensive after promotional rates expire. About $100 each in my experience.

Spectrum does not provide a way to cancel services online. Hold times to get in touch with a representative to cancel services are between 45 and 60 minutes. Conversely, if you want to add services, you can get a representative almost immediately.

Once you get online with a representative, they'll take you through a lengthy retention process and try and prevent you from canceling your services. When they finally get around to canceling your services, don't be surprised if they bill you for an extra month. They did this to me.

I went into the store to drop off my equipment and brought this up to them and they told me I'd have to call the billing department.

Spectrum relies on the fact that people are too busy to sit on the phone for 45-60 minutes at a time for billing disputes or for service cancellations. Shady business practices. I won't use them again.

Amazing, efficient and professional service at this Spectrum location! My husband and I just moved to the area so we came to inquire about Fiber Internet service! Mateo assisted us and we were in and out in about 10 minutes! Got what we needed for a great deal and great customer service!

Poor customer service. The manager was very not helpful in resolving issues either. I would not go there again. When I first entered the store, I was first on the wait list. However, I was skipped over and was told to just wait longer. The employee who helped me was very short and dismissive. He scoffed in my face when I went to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager, instead of speaking directly to me, the paying customer, he spoke to my daughter, refusing to make eye contact with me. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to the Menefee store to get a channel guide. The worker gave us a guide that wasn't for our area. We had gone to the Temecula store to get the same type of channel guide. They were out, of then. The wife was disappointed.

Wife went to the store and Mateo told her she needed to be added to my account, we needed to call the 800# to add her, i told her im online adding her right now i happened to be on wifes speaker phone and he proceeded to tell her you cant do it that way you have to call, Mateo giving her attitude all the time, well i did do it that way and she was added. As the next person at the store went to help her named Isabel looked it up and confirmed it but then proceeded to tell my wife she couldn't take the boxes back unless our account was closed out, in all actuality i was on the phone this morning re arranging our account as cable is getting outrageous $300 a month for internet and cable is just too much the boxes cost $10.00 each per month so the lady that helped me on phone at customer service told me we didn't need the boxes we could download the app on our tv and use our spectrum that way which is what we were doing. If your going to train your people in the stores to tell customers they have to close there account instead of teaching them all the features you have and plans they can change there account to to help save money then close your stores. These people were both EXTREMELY rude and acted like we were murdering someone to return the boxes, we have been a 20 year customer with spectrum at home and my business, when we lived in Rancho, ontario, and now menifee area, we have taken items and replaced or returned them at the Grape st store and in Rancho and never had any issue at all. Im also a stock holder of spectrum holdings this is all making me re think if i even want to keep what i have with spectrum at this point im sure Frontier would like my long term business. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE AND TRAIN THEM TO KNOW WHAT OPTIONS CUSTOMERS HAVE AVAILABLE TO THEM, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE KNOW AND ARE VERY HELPFULL.

Fast and friendly. Went in to drop off equipment and spoke with the sales rep about their mobile phone service. Very knowledgeable and made me think about jumping from Verizon to Spectrum (they use their network anyways). Mr. George Roque is outstanding and sent me more information to my email address.

Not impressed. Didn’t tell us we were to be charged an extra fee for sending a technician to set up wifi (it was supposed to be all good at our new location) and when complaining, they took all the info and said dispatch would call… never did. They only care about charging $$ and nothing else. Staff at Menifee location was nice… poor communication about extra charges them and everyone on the phone

Absolute worst customer service. They have no care about customers or retaining customers. I have battled with them to fix their mistakes and they refuse. Very sad because the service was good prior.

1 star is too much.they are in reality a zero.this company is a horrible internet service provider.they lack common sense, we want to add phone lines to my business account but they will not let me without naming all people who have been listed on the account.

I PAY THE BILL.
Yet they are unwilling to give us the information so we can port in our other phone lines.we have called several times and apparently common sense is not to common.as soon as better services are available in the area we will switch and never look back.

NEVER, i repeat never do business with spectrum.you will regret it, not only do they charge too much but they're customer service reps are literally useless and unwilling to help.

Unprofessional customer service
This is pertaining to spectrum service in general. Their technicians are rude and very unprofessional. Their service is terrible.
