Good service, good communications, and most importantly, not pushy on the upsell. They seem to genuinely be concerned about what is best for the customer.

I live in the neighborhood and took my car there with a "check coolent level" warning + a standard oil change. They charged me ~$200 for oil change. Also told me "coolent was full" so "must be a sensor issue". A few weeks later I had my car in another shop and the mechanic took one look at the coolent level and said it was a bit low, added a little to it and the warning immediately turned off. Oh - they also quoted me $200 for "inspection" on why my wiper fluids won't come out, and will only tell me how much additional it costs to fix to the $200 they would have already charged me afterwards. Don't go unless you want to get fleeced

In this Redwood City Speedee at Veterans Blvd, I did a 17 point oil change with synthetic for about $85. Regular would have been about $65. Steering wheel and radiator fluids were topped up. They can give quotes for worn tires. It took about 35 minutes. I'm very pleased with their service, no bs.

While I ended up not getting any service from them - Ash was very kind and helpful and even called and set me up with another shop to handle my "special" car. Thank you.

Ver good experience, tech walked me through all of the steps and showed me the level of oil in the tank.

It is hard to expect or believe these days, especially in Bay Area but this service really impressed with outstanding people and overall feel you have while oil is being changed
